Every day we had an issue with housekeeping. First day our room was not cleaned, and we had to ask why, and I was asked did you call? I had service please on the door and we were gone from 9-3 and my husband had a zoom call, and the room was still not cleaned. When it was cleaned, they did not replace the toiletries and once again we had to call and request them. They took the bathrobe, and we called for one and it was never delivered. I'm not quite sure why a small coffee maker is not in the room, went down to get coffee and brought it to the room and the expensive cup was cold! again not sure why no coffee accommodations.I feel the hotel is lacking in hospitality.

Room was very awkward layout for the price we paid for a corner room. TV set up was fair at best. We wont be back. Bryan

Loved the area but the main issue I had was paying $100 amenity fee when I had to edit the dirty windows in my pool pictures. I was also told upon checkin that the ENTIRE deposit and fees up front would be returned then upon checkout another lady told me the amenities fee isn’t refundable.

Great location and service!

The property itself is very nice I stayed on the 6th floor which is just under the 7th floor where the restaurant night life is quite loud. I would just make sure I picked a different floor next time. I was very disappointed in room service.. I was hoping for a pot of coffee and breakfast on a plate instead of to go cups and to go cardboard

Beautiful newer property. So much attention paid to details. Great, friendly staff and clean rooms and common areas. The Scottsdale Fashion Square is right outside the lobby. So convenient to shopping, dining, and nightlife.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, my stay was not. The WiFi and AC did not work. Upon arrival, the room reserved was unavailable and we had to wait for another. We, then, were moved a second time due to AC and electrical problems. Though the manager was pleasant, the service beyond that point was terrible. She removed the amenity fees as a courtesy, at least we were told. The AC went out in the new room, and I was over it. The room was not cleaned all three nights and four days we were there. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, they attempted to finally come clean the room and kick us out prior to checkout time. After informing the front desk that the stay was terrible at checkout, they mentioned amenity fees, which I will be monitoring my card for. Will never be staying at this resort again.

This property exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly . Definitely will rank #2
