From the very start of our reservation process Mark was great. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was great. Pool was perfect! We would stay at this rental again!

You must stay here. As a family we had so much fun!! Great laughs and memories!! The property is clean, in a good neighborhood, and communication is very easy.

Great stay in this cute house. Some parts are a little older but was cozy and quaint for a relaxing stay. The best part of this house is the enclosed back yard with a pool, slide, spa and spacious place to sit, grill and relax. POC was very nice and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The outside temperature was in the 60s and 70s but the pool was heated to 89° (very reasonable price to heat the pool) so the kids were in the pool a couple of hours each day. The house is set up nicely and it was nice to stay in a house that provided toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, and other extras that aren’t provided at many places. Neighborhood feels safe. We would stay again if we make it back to the area.

I went to South Florida to celebrate my five-year-old daughter birthday. My family and I had so much fun. They enjoyed the waterslides, 7 foot pool and Jacuzzi. The owner was very attentive and oldies. Picked up my calls. He was on time for the appointment. I would recommend this place 100%. Great property right in the heart of South Florida in Broward county.

A great place to stay

House was nice and cozy with a fantastic backyard oasis. Dining room had a table big enough for everyone to have meals together and enjoy game night. The rock mountain and slide were a hit with the kids and the adults utilized the outdoor kitchen. Looking forward to going again!

House was close enough to the outings we were interested in without being in the hustle and bustle loud and busy areas. The house was perfect for our family of 6, with enough beauty and fun to keep us busy and entertained. We even opted to spend a day just hanging out at the house. We encountered an unexpected situation that would have been better handled with more cleaning supplies, but we were still able to make do. Mark was friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall the stay was fantastic and we all would recommend this house that helped create some beautiful memories for our family.

The pool was absolutely amazing, and Mark was great about offering suggestions of places to go. As others have said, the master bed isn't very comfortable. But we had a great time!

The house was clean and had a lot of amenities that made for a pleasant stay. The backyard and pool area were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Wish the hot tub was actually hot, but that didn’t damper our trip. We will definitely book here again next time we’re in the area.

Second stay and we will be back again soon i just love the house and the pool is the best

Loved this property! We came to Ft. Lauderdale to celebrate our daughter’s doctoral graduation and brought our 3-year-old and one year old granddaughters with us. We all had a ball playing in the beautiful pool! Plenty of room for multiple couples and great host!

This property was everything a large busy family needed to relax! The home fit all 7 of us comfortably, the waterpark-like amenities was everything we hoped for, and everything worked perfect and was well maintained. I especially loved the opportunity to meet the owner at check in to discuss the home and it's features and have a guided tour through. This was something uncommon and appreciated. Expect to see teensy lizards and frogs and wear bug spray if you're not in the water. We can't wait to book another trip here! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We hardly left. Great set up, we utilized the outside space as much as possible. We are already looking at dates to book again.

We had so much fun in the pool area!! Everything was as described and a nice neighborhood and location. Within 30 minutes for everything we did or needed. Had Publix groceries delivered right to the house and many meals delivered also. We loved the waterslide, used it so many times! The smaller jetted pool was great for our smaller children as they could touch. We had three adults, a 9, 5 and 2 year old. We all had plenty of room to spread out and really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a family wedding and had an amazing stay. Check in/check out was very simple and the house was perfect for our group (6 adults + 2 kids). All of us thoroughly enjoyed the pool/waterpark. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and are thinking about when we can come back! Everything we needed was provided! My 3 year old granddaughter, my 2 adult sons and I had a blast in the pool!! A short drive to the beach for a beautiful day in the sand and sun! Perfect location! Close to airport, beach and several shops.

The outdoor space was great. The house was clean and worked for what we needed. The beds are uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Mark is a great host.

Overall it was a decent place to stay, the house is dated which we could tell from the photos. It was the backyard that sold us and was very enjoyable! Mark was very easy to communicate with and was there at check in to show us around.

The only problem was that we didn't want to leave! Beautiful home and waterpark of a pool. Can't wait to return.

We were looking for a quick quiet getaway and this place checked all the boxes for quiet and relaxing time. The pool was much hotter than expected but turned out a guest before us must have turned it up- Easy communication with owner.

We had a great stay at this house Mark was easy to contact and had everything ready for us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend.

Overall our stay was good, we did however have a few hiccups. The check in process requires you to meet the host at the property which was ok, but just not the "normal" process in my past experience at other properties. The home was clean-ish, on our first night we discovered food in one of the beds, which was odd especially since the bed had been made up & we were assured that all bedding is changed between visitors. The host did come over to change the bedding the following day but made for an unpleasant first impression of the home & an inconvenient delay/change to our plans for the day. The outdoor patio & pool was amazing, it was the best part of the home. But the host did have to come treat the pool during our stay & we were unable to use it for most of that day. The interior was very out dated, uncomfortable furniture in the living room & the kitchen lacked adequate supplies. We had to purchase a sponge to do dishes & there wasn't a sufficient amount of forks or decent cooking utensils.

This place is really fun. The backyard is amazing. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and bar area. House was spotless, and everything worked. Mark was very easy to communicate with, and very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice and clean with many extras available for use if needed. Property owner/manager was friendly, helpful and available if needed. We didn’t pay to have spa and pool heated and I definitely wish we did for our late Sept/Oct stay. However, it was still warm enough to enjoy the pool anyway. The spa I believe should have been heated free of charge as that is really the point of a spa. Pool was cleaned and maintained during our stay but could honestly have used a good scrub as algae was noticeable but not awful. I also didn’t like the fact that the pool lights and everything shut off at 9pm when 10pm was the given “quiet time”. I think they could use a better exterminator also. I know not uncommon for Florida but ants inside and outside the home was a huge annoyance and there was a lot of bees surrounding the pool area as if they had a nest nearby. TV would be nice in the master bedroom also. Over a nice stay though with a great backyard. I would definitely consider staying again in hopes that the ants and bees were under better control.

Property was clean and as advertised, my friends and I had a blast here hanging out in the back yard all day long.

This was our 2nd time at the property and the backyard was just as much of a hit as last time. Spent our days in back yard grilling and at the pool. Can’t wait to be back!

Me and my family was looking to spend time together, we didn’t want to travel to far. So we decided to try plantation We had a ball, from beginning to the end Everything was great. The back yard was this best!!! Thank you Mark for having us

This was an amazing stay and our family greatly enjoyed the stay! The pool was so much fun and the home was cozy. I have nothing negative to say at all about our stay. So many things like a booster for the table, strollers, and extras. Highly recommend

We were in Ft. Lauderdale for a graduation . This home was a well located, comfortable base for 5 adults to stay during this visit. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The outdoor pool area was exceptional. We had a great time.
