Very friendly staff, amazing price, very clean room, very nice room.

The ac didnt change temperature no matter what and it was advertised as sound proof but we could hear the family in their room across the hall.

We had dinner at the bar, the bar tender was very nice and food was delicious!

The breakfast and staff were wonderful. Though I expected the usual included "free" breakfast, the meal was perfect. The waiter attended to us Ina timely manner and even gave a few extra percs according to our preferences. It was a great experience

There is no free parking unless you enroll in their choice program. Easy to enroll but not expected.

I loved everything about , I had a small situation come up my first night here but everything was handled professionally and amazingly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is very good and new, with immaculately clean facilities. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, always ready to assist with any needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

They charged us for breakfast and it was stated on the booking.com website that it was included. We asked for a late checkout which was granted, but later on they changed their mind and told us to leave.

Het ontbijt bleek te sluiten om 9 uur, maar daar hadden de avond van te voren andere tijden over genoemd. Er bleek die ochtend een soort congres te zijn. Sommig personeel was fantastisch , ander personeel deed vriendelijk , maar ws eigenlijk helemaal niet geïnteresseerd.

Brand new hotel located right around from the falls/border. Got a nice letter from the GM letting us know we were the first to stay in our room on their second day of opening. The room was clean and beautiful- comfortable bed and a great view overlooking Seneca Resort and I could see Clifton Hill on the Canadian side. We had a nice Dinner on the first night and breakfast on the second day - you should try the avocado roast. We met Ryan - at from desk who took care of us. Never stayed in the US side of the falls - this was a great experience for us and scored a lot of points with the wife. Breakfast was included, lots of parking, didn’t use the gym but had some good equipments. Overall peaceful environment.

New hotel, still some inconsistencies like the cocktails- same order tasted different the second time no big deal. They said they’d clean on third day - we only stayed two - Ryan took care of us though with fresh sheets. No pool - I’d need a pool if bringing the kids. Shower water pressure was low - I guess an easy fix
