We certainly enjoyed our one night stay. Very clean, the staff was courteous and polite. We will be back!

There was an electric issue in the hotel. Microwave and other equipments were not working.

sheets were very dirty, asked for new linens and were told it would be about 15 mins. upon asking again we were told to bring the linens down and he would give us new ones. brought down everything off the *KING SIZED* bed ( including pillowcases), we were handed a fitted and flat sheet for a QUEEN and were told that the rest of the linens would be brought up. they never were. it was late so we made do, but the toilet ran all night, they had lights that wouldn’t turn off, and pencil/ crayon drawings everywhere

No water pressure in the shower.

The room smelled a bit, the staff was pretty friendly checking in, the shower tub needs to be recaulked, since it looks brown now in some spots. Overall decent stay!

The room was ok. It was cheap so I didn't expect much. The beds were comfy and maid service came. All was fine except the hotel "latch" on the door was broken. This is so important especially for a woman travelling alone. THIS HAS TO BE FIXED!!! I was in room 202 in Chattanooga. If I wasn't with my husband, I would have asked to be moved to another room. Please take the safety and well being of your customers seriously.

Smell was horrible on the second floor fridge didnt work in the room Very wore down facility customer service was very nice but would not recommend staying here

Needed a good night away from the house and I chose to stay at Quality Inn Suites. I enjoyed the peace and quiet!!!

Housekeeping could be better found items from the previous visitors in the room. Went with this hotel because I was traveling with kids and needed separate rooms but there wasn’t a door to separate the rooms. You can tell it’s an older building because of the smell. Overall ok for a one night stay

Had to change rooms 3 times. Elevator was broke ice machine broken and even the 3rd room had roaches. Gross and creepy place not to mention advertised pool was out of order

It was good until fire alarm went off at 7:30 am!! Scared me to death! And nobody came to your room to let you know what was going on!!! Weather there was a fire or not!

The lobby is nice, but everything else is kind of, bleh. Paint peeling in our room, a toilet paper roll hanging on for dear life, and a terrible shower head are just a couple examples. The beds themselves were fine, not sure how clean, given the general state of the room. Probably wouldn’t stay again, but it was cheap and allowed our dog.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There were places in the room where repairs had been done halfway. I was displeased with the condition of the property. Not what I expected from the brand.

There were stains on the sheets. The fire alarm went off multiple times in the night. Not a good sleep. The milk at their breakfast smelt horrible.

This hotel is in desperate need of repair. Our room had a hole in the wall covered by duct tape. The bathroom had holes where the tp holder was moved and the holes were plugged with toilet paper. The fires alarm went off twice during the night (both false alarms). We learned from another person who had been there all week that this had happened every night since they had been there. The alarms went off at 11:55pm and 3:45am. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The fire alarm went off 5 different times during our 2 night stay. Always in the middle of the night. When asked what happened the staff had no answers. Other than that the room was what I expected for the price we paid, the place was clean, the staff were nice, and the breakfast was decent. I do not think I would ever stay here again though.

Booked at an extremely reasonable rate, but upon seeing room was YIKES! Hotel staff was very curteous at check-in and when we asked if we could possibly have another room, they were exraordinarily gracious and offered us a very clean room with very comfortable beds. The room was extremely clean and there was no smell whatsoever. Very happy.

Fortunately for this hotel it is being changed. We booked it as an econo lodge but it is now a clarion. They are both part of the choice hotel brand so whatever. It it quite literally in the middle of the renovation process. Everything need to be changed so hopefully it will be. There is just a terrible odor throughout the hotel. The only positive was the person at the front desk. I would recommend staying away from this hotel for at least the next couple of months. The "breakfast" was literally the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen. Stale bread, cereal and honey buns. Wow not good.

I stayed here overnight for business. I was a little worried because of the other reviews. When I arrived the front desk was extremely curtious and tended to me right away. My room was exactly as described. It was very neat and clean and I had no strange stains or smells on the carpet. The Hotel is under renovation but I had zero noise or cleanliness problems. This is going to be a really nice place when the renovations are complete. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

the place is behind another hotel.. which made it hard to find.. the sign wasnt even lit up at night. im glad that hotel in the front had good wifi, cause the wifi at this place wasnt very good. there was hair all over the bathroom!! disgusting.. fire alarm went off twice while i was there. they said it was an accident.. we had a non smoking room.. but the entire hotel smelled like an ash tray.. lightbulds were missing from more than half the lamps.. oh yeah, GREAT place!!!!

This is a very old motel. The mattresses were disgusting and appeared to be at least 50 years old. They were lumpy and very uncomfortable. I felt like I had to wash my hands after touching anything. The tub was dirty and only had 1` towel for 3 people. Will never go back to this motel.

The room was gross the staff wasn't helpful and was very rude, the floor turned my daughters feet black, stains on walls, stains on towels, room smelled, stains in tub ,I could go on but am so exhausted from the trip but you get the point. Worst experience I have ever had on a trip! Gross gross gross! Less than 1 out of 10

Not a good place to stay. Our bathroom the tile around the tube was coming off and you could see mold. The hallway smell really bad. Don't stay here!!!!

Warning! This hotel is not the same one reviewed earlier. This hotel is nothing like their descriptions. To start with the hotel description says it is non-smoking, but the entire building smells of fresh smoke. The hotel is also in need of serious repair. The lobby door is crooked and will not close. The carpets throughout the building are stained. The walls are dirty, dented and the wall paper is starting to come off. The elevator was painted black and is now a chalk board for graffiti. There are wires hang from the ceiling were the WIFI hasn't been properly installed. On the floor we stayed the emergency light was hanging from the wall by it's wires! When we entered the room there was an unidentified smell. The room was in need of repair like the rest of the building. The furniture was chipped, the walls were scuffed, marked and dented, the carpet was stained, the pictures on the wall were screwed in through the OUTSIDE of the frame (so they wouldn't be stolen?) and were permanently crooked. Fortunately everything in our room worked - the fridge, the water, the air conditioning, the TV ... Later I decided it was residual smoke that I smelled in the room. If it hadn't been that we had already prepaid WAY to much for this hotel and could not get a refund we would never have come in the door. Note: The staff at the desk was courteous and professional and the rooms were cleaned as best as the staff could do considering the circumstances.

Wow, this place was nothing like the photos. It was almost scary. My friend didn't even want to get out of the car. We tried to cancel because it was so bad, but we couldn't get our money back. We drove on and ate what we had already paid. There were chairs in the pool, ripped up shades/blinds, broken lamps on the balcony, shady characters with Crown Royal bags in the parking lot, and guys leaning out of windows. I have no idea where the pictures came from, but there's no way they were taken at this hotel! Find someplace else.

It was late when we arrived so the only staff we encountered was a kind gentleman at the front desk. This elderly man was the only excellent part of the stay. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. The bathrooms were deplorable, the air conditioner didn't work properly and there was a COLONY of ants behind one of the beds in the carpet to list the biggest problems. L The location is fine, but amongst so many other hotels in the area, a different stay is the best option.

The hotel was dirty and had visible mold in the hallway and in our room. The sink drain was full of hair. The floor had not been vacuumed. A very bad experience...even for the price!!!

I arrived to find that all of the outer door locks broken to get into the building and that my room was run down and not even close to what is shown in the picture. It looked like a flee bag hotel in the middle of nowhere, nothing like a chain hotel. There were insects all over in the room and the sliding glass door had no working lock on it. Due to all of this I could not get a wink of sleep and left after 2 hours and drove the rest of my trip tired and miserable. Thanks for nothing Econolodge! I'm never staying at any of your our sister lodgings again!
