Staff was great, Hotel was very clean

The property was nice and the rooms were very nice.

The staff was horrible especially the woman over the kitchen. There was one lady who was good and helpful I wish I would’ve got her name to put in review she was great. Every other staff member I had contact with was truly awful. I will never visit this location again.

Everything was good..

I didn’t like not finding a park. The Mexican had 8 parking spots taken up and they partying in the back parking lot. They had a basketball goal, chairs, food and etc like they were camping in the back.

New and fresh

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

They stopped putting breakfast out around 8am every morning that we were there, though they say breakfast ends at 9:30. They charged us twice for the stay, were rude and hung up when we called to inquire about it. The mistake was discovered right after we checked in and it’s been days and it still hasn’t been fixed. Two authorizations for the price of the entirety of our stay. Never have we ever experienced such horrible customer service and we always book holiday inn. Asked to talk to a manager on Saturday, called every day since then and it’s now Tuesday. Still haven’t spoken to a manager. Property was clean but staff were incredibly rude. Will never stay again, and will think twice about booking holiday inn again if this is the direction they are going.

First morning, breakfast was not ready and we were told many items unavailable due to a truck delivery delay and a stove malfunction. We walked to a nearby McDonalds to have breakfast. Things like this can happen, I understand, but it impacted our stay.

Room was nice and comfortable. Hotel was new.

The cable TV was out all night. The handicap shower chair was not properly installed and caused my 87 year old mother to fall in the bathtub. Because mom refused treatment the manager acted as though nothing happened. She didn’t seem like it was a big deal. She was supposed to email me the incident report, but I haven’t received it yet. We were traveling because mom had breast cancer and was having a mastectomy that day. There has been no contact from hotel since we checked out. I have been in management and this is not the way we were trained to treat injuries. All other staff members were very nice and helpful.
