Needs carpet cleaning in Room 105 and in the halls!! Would perfer tile floor in rooms.

I was on the first floor, near the front desk & from 8pm to 12am there were kids screaming, running & playing down the halls. The next morning, I asked the manager, who had been there all night, do they just allow that ? She proceeded to say it was only until 11:30pm. No apology or anything.

It was good the room was clean although we stayed for 4 nights and the room was not clean once

I stayed here the night before an early flight out of O'Hare. The outside of the property felt a little run down with trash and a few very beat up cars in the parking lot. The lobby was clean and felt like it had been recently redone. The halls to the rooms also felt a little dingy and out of date, but the room itself was spacious and fairly modern. The big issue was with the noise - you could hear everything in the halls, and upstairs & downstairs, very clearly. At one point it sounded like someone was physically in my room. I wore earplugs to sleep which helped, but if I hadn't it would have been a very loud & restless night.

I checked in and everything went very well when I walked in the room the light wasn’t working and I noticed that something was splattered on the wall by the trash can upon being in the room for about two hours I was laying in bed noticed something crawling by the tv and it was a roach I immediately was grossed out gathered my things and kindly asked the front desk guy if there was anything he could do to help he said I could contact the manager for a refund in the morning the manager is super unprofessional he tried to avoid my calls all morning then once he was on the phone was super rude about not knowing about a roach problem but upon looking there’s a bunch of unclean reviews there was no care or concern from him so I contacted corporate because don’t be a manger if your attitude is going to take over not wanting to help someone who wasn’t willing to stay in another room because they had already seen roaches in the room you initially gave them. I ended up having to leave at 1 am with no other room to go to because I did not want to chance any roaches getting into my belongings!

Lady at checkin was extremely rude and unprofessional! Room carpet was wet and room frig was not working, Plus the bathtub was extremely dirty.

The check in was amazing. They let us check in 4 hours early with a small fee which was perfect for us since we ended up getting there with no traffic. The desk attendant was friendly knowledgeable and overall a kind person. The only things we didn’t like was the fact our toilet clogged up and we tried 3 times to get a plunger to no avail but it clogged the night before we left so it was more problematic for housekeeper than it was for us and made us feel bad for leaving it that way. The hallways and lobby were super muggy but again didn’t affect our overall trip. We would definitely stay here again. Didn’t get to try the pool but it looked small but clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was adequate! Hot eggs and sausage and also a waffle maker and cereal oatmeal and fruit. Overall a wonderful stay.
