The hot tub had many leaves in it .
What was most upsetting was our check out time was 11am at about 10 am as we was dressing to leave housekeeping just walked into our room no knock or anything!
When I contacted the front desk she said that we were checked out already that someone did it on the television.
Extremely strange and upsetting!!!

Went up for a girls' weekend. Although off season, it was just the relaxing time we needed. Indoor pool, sauna, gym, restaurant and bar. Excellent location. I'll go back again!

This hotel is a great resort with all kinds of activities for bocce ball to pools to minigolf. Fun for the whole family. The food at TR's, the attached restaurant was excellent. Breakfast isn’t included but the buffet is the best hotel breakfast you’ll find. The room was comfy, clean and quiet. Everything was A+.

Nice motel clean buzzy bar and good food nice breakfast options - small but good gym didn’t use pool/sauna but looked good - all staff extremely friendly

This property offered a lot on site, as well as being conveniently located to many other places to explore. Great place- would definitely stay there again.

Our room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hotel was very accommodating with our requests and the staff was friendly. The cleaning people did a great job in our room every day. I had one of the best sleeps in this hotel in a long time, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The blackout long curtains were highly appreciated as well.

The room had a strong clorox smell, so strong it was hard to breath. The front desk person was upset that i requested another room, she found a room in a corner with a closet that didn't even feet a pair of shoes. The toilet seat was broken, i toom pics , hair was in the counter of the bathroom. I was very disappointed and so was my granddaughter.

Check in was smooth. Gary at the front desk was great. Prime location wonderful room amazing view from our balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine. We have been going there for 18 years do we know the place and are comfortable. Desk staff could be a little more pleasant, but they were busy.

This is our go to hotel in Lake George each year. Great place for families with a nice outdoor and indoor pool. Also, very close to the lake and shopping. I highly recommend.

Awesome place, so much to do with kids . Love that it has indoor and outdoor pool! Basketball, cornhole bocce ball, fire pit. I recommend a poolside room as well
