The hotel was very busy on Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of pilots and flight attendants stay here, which I take as a good sign. The check in man was wonderful and gave us a lovely room overlooking San Francisco Bay. Hotel was quiet and the room darkening shades were the best! The only thing I wasn't aware of was the $33 per day parking fee. I was surprised to see that fee upon check-out. It wasn't mentioned at check-in. The parking lot was an outdoor lot. It wasn't like the cars were in a covered garage with security.

Between checkin and checkout, everything was great. Staff friendly and polite, room clean and comfortable, WiFi worked well. I would give it 5 stars except that the hotel made me it very hard for me to get in touch via email. After booking I had a request and needed to contact the property. I booked the room via Hotels.com, which has a feature to message the property, and I used it but got no reply. Next, I tried the hotel website (Hilton.com) and could find a phone number but no email. I'm an international customer and it would be an expensive toll call, and I prefer email over calling anyway. Next I tried the Honors website (I've been a member for more than 20 years) and emailed their customer service. They replied but initially couldn't find the info, and later replied with the wrong email for a Doubletree property nearby. When I emailed that addresss, I got a reply from a person who didn't even have a Hilton email domain but some unrelated one (poor brand management!). This person repliied that I'd reached the wrong property but didn't offer any help in finding the right email. When I emailed her requesting this, she replied that she didn't know because the property was managed by another company (!) Then I emailed Honors again and they finally gave me the correct email. It came with an apology but no indication that the problem would be foxee. By this time I was pretty frustrated and had wasted a bunch of time getting the run around. Come on Hilton you can do way better!

Nice place to stay. Nice bar and restaurant. Parking is too expensive per night. Also, there was a major event on Saturday and parking was IMPOSSIBLE. Both my husband and I are handicapped and we had to park in the Golfing parking lot. However, a very nice person at the desk told us to park in the registration parking area so the walk was much easier. Thank you to that woman.

The property needs repair. The bathroom outlet didn’t work making getting ready in the morning for meetings difficult. The lights and lamps didn’t work making the room very dark. The TV worked on and off. I hope they can make repairs so guests have basic room functions.

First night stay, the room’s toilet was broken, I had to call the front desk to fix it. When I came back from my trip I stay a night again since it’s so close SF airport, the shower head was not working properly. Overall the service was good, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The shuttle service was great. I think the facility could use some upgrades.

We requested a crib for our toddler, but wasn’t in the room when we checked in late at night. Asked reception for it FOUR TIMES before they after several hours finally said they didn’t have one, despite accepting my request in advance and advertising that they have cribs. So we had to make our own kinda crib and sleep with one eye open all night.
Communication between employers and the different teams at the hotel is obviously very poor - they even said as much to us.
Most employers were very kind though and gave us breakfast next day as compensation. And the food was surprisingly delicious. But all in all a very disappointing experience.

From the minute we walked in we were greeted, checked in and given cookies. :) We also ate at the restaurant there and had a great dinner. We only stayed 1 night and having a shuttle take us to the airport was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back here again.
