This was a horrible stay. Luckily I was alone and my family was not subjected to the filthy conditions. The room had a roach infestation. If a refund had been an option, I would not have stayed the night

Beds were comfortable, but carpet and overall cleanliness was not great! I cleaned the bathtub and fridge before using. Although I only saw and killed a few roaches, I had to put cups over all of the drains.

It is sad and an absolute shame that this hotel continues to book out their rooms knowing that they have bugs. Whether it’s roaches or bedbugs there is most definitely an infestation. My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin to attend our son’s turning green ceremony. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and did not start to notice all the weird bumps on us until our 3rd day there. By the fourth day, it was too late we were covered in bedbug bites, extremely uncomfortable, terribly itchy and the bites were sore and inflamed. We felt disgusting and taken advantage of. On our way back to Wisconsin we stopped to rest for the night so I took my throw blanket to our room and immediately as I spread the blanket out to check it over there was a huge nasty bedbug hooked to it.
This Hotel and all of its management and employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Wifi wasnt working great thing i just purchased a mobile wifi with Verizon or all plans would have not come into play!!! Other than that 5 stars

My favorite place to stay in Columbus mostly because it is affordable. I feel safe. It’s not a huge hotel so I know I will not be stuck on a higher level floor lol. They have a decent, good continental breakfast. They also have a pool, which I have not tried out yet, but I am wanting to my kids. Loved it here as well. The refrigerator kept everything cool and the shower was really nice. The only bad thing was there was a roach in the microwave. It wasn’t that bothersome didn’t see more that night. Definitely will be back again probably more than once.

That was the worst place to stay. They don’t even clean the rooms, or the don’t even give towels and wash cloths out. Nasty and I wouldn’t tell no one to stay there.

Room 210 has roaches. Front desk doesn't answer phone calls when you are calling from the room. Had to have Expedia reach out to the property. Would not refund money for the two days I didn't stay. Lesson learned about booking cheap rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
