I checked in kind of late but overall it was nice

I have stayed here a couple of time and never had a problem. My stay here last night was horrible. The bed was hard as hell so I couldn’t get a good night rest

Slightly dated hotel, but otherwise very solid accommodations at an affordable price. The location near the freeway in Torrence made it pretty easy to visit the beaches and LA.

I car window was broken first night there. While we understand they are not responsible they can do more to control their parking areas at night. They also would not show any camera footage $ 700 repair cost due to fact we had to drive tones next day

I was there 11/21-11/24. I started on the first floor. There was a huge disturbance between 0230-0315 the morning of 11/23. It scared me to the point that I pulled my “do not disturb” sign from my door to not show that I was in there. There was a hotel pen lodged in the door to the parking lot when I woke up for access to anyone from the outside. Staff did not catch that when I told them. It wasn’t very safe feeling. They gladly move me to the 4th floor for my last night. I did finally get rest.

Previously stayed at this hotel and was a good experience. This time the room was noisy bed was extremely u comfortable so much so slept in the small couch and the water pressure horrendous

We checked in & got to room & bathroom had hair stuck in pipes in tub, gunk in and on top of drain in tub, and sink was leaking, cigarettes all over inside property (not room), no trash bags in room or bins, entrance to homeless encampment in back of property where hotel parking is. We brought all issues to Joseph Diaz/front desk and was sent to new room (218) which we declined after looking ant room and it to having hair all over the bathroom. We even spoke to agm Amir. We had to go buy draino and clean it ourselves because we didn’t trust the cleaning crew. Photos unable to be added to platform but can email all if needed.

It was odd to not have a blow dryer or housekeeping but other than that stay was great.
Carpets could be cleaner *

Really impressed! It was clean and comfortable, but what made the difference was the staff. They really went out of their way to serve my son and me. Well done, Sonesta!

Very convenient location to access freeway. It’s quieter than most people think considering it’s next to freeway and off ramp. Staff was friendly. Clean and safe. This wasn’t the first time I stayed and I’ll come back again. Shows its age here and there but it’s ok for one night.

Pleasant staff, rooms are decent, due to no security our technicians van was attempted to be stolen from the lot, the staff was helpful with the police but regardless they should have security cameras or a guard because area isn't that safe

It was a dissent location right next to the freeway accessible to lots of places to eat and shopping locations

I was a tad concerned having never stayed in a Sonesta before. It was great. Clean, quiet, safe and staff was superb and helpful. I will stay again if I have business nearby.

Found bugs in bathroom and stains in refrigerator. No one ever answered the front desk. And when I asked for towels, they told me to come get it downstairs because there was hair in our towels. 2 prostitutes literally approached my husband
