I spent close to 400 per night I was expecting cleanliness and upgraded accommodation's. Instead the room was dirty, had not been dusted, so humid that I slept in wet sheets the first night. The sink in the bathroom had mold along the edges, the bathroom itself needed improvement. The patio was dirty as were the chairs. I asked for the curtains to be switched out as they were all full of mold, from my first day and everyday. It never happened. Staff and front desk was nice enough but ignored my request. I was given an opportunity to take a cabin close to the beach but it meant leaving half my family in the main building as they would not accommodate for our second room. They sent up a large de-humidifier, and I had to ask a few times a day for it to be emptied...if I didn't ask it didn't happen. I ended up carrying about 3 gallons of water at least 3 times a day to empty it out. The restaurant doors were so dirty, wall paper peeling in certain areas...there was a ball of hair on the carpeting in the hallway of our floor...for days..never again.

The room was clean. Comfortable seating and the bed was excellent. The front lobby was very nice. We kept cool throughout our stay.

Staff there is very courteous and did a great service. Frances Adorno at the reception desk was so pleasant and accommodating. She made sure that we had what we asked for. She also advised us about the town and transportation services. Managers checked with us every day if we were comfortable and what services are available. Fairmont is a great place to stay with pools and beach. I will highly recommend this place

Exellent service

I did not see any information about the parking. Once we got there, we were surprised with a $30 dollars a day parking. I asked the lady at the front desk about the parking information and she could not answer me. She just told me that the hotel charges for parking.

Beautiful hotel, great people, I had no problems and will be coming back.
