Stayed one night to hi to a concert at Prodpera. Great location. Building common areas, elevators, are a bit dated and doors were not noise proof. Hallway was noisy in the night. Otherwise good stay.

We always enjoy our stay at the Delta grand. The staff is always friendly and if by chance you need anything they are right there to help. The pools and hot tubs are clean and relaxing. Thank you for the really nice stay

Have always enjoyed this hotel. But my room was so noisy and got moved to a new room that was noisier. Did not feel safe at all walking the boardwalk on the lake. It is very sad to see the decline of the downtown core. Way overpriced room for $500 for a Tuesdays night.

Sadly it was a constant battle to get our room cleaned or anything replaced! We haf to make multiple trips down to beg for toilet paper, towels, glasses and water as they just kept not refilling anything or cleaning. We were tipping $20 a fay to the maids just to get ang service and leaving notes asking for them to please wipe the counters, clean the bathroom and sweep.
We even came back from the beach one day and had 3 males in our room, door closed no cleaning cart beside the toom, the young men said they were cleaners while fooling around with each other, we spoke to the front desk and they were suprised but nevet could givr us an answer why there were 3 of them to clean the room...

Superior customer service, extremely clean rooms. Staff are wonderful, beautiful property. Coffe bar attendants were so good, moved fast, very kind. Restaurant was wonderful, good food , great service. Loved sitting outside having appies and drinks on the water. Even all the guests were friendly. Highly recommend

Yes, it’s a nice hotel, however it’s overpriced for what you get. There were some unfortunate incidents that occurred as well. The fire alarm went off and the notification announcement was played every few seconds for what seemed an eternity. Then in our room at 4:50 am, our smoke detector kept going off. We had to call security to have them remove it. They comped our parking for one night $35 …. Big deal. More should have been comped for all those incidents. Pay big bucks I guess for location. I’d rather rent a condo across the street. More value for dollars spent.

We enjoyed the entire stay and everything about it, the only thing that was hard was the air conditioner made an incredible amount of noise, so we tried to open the balcony door to cool off our room, but the sound from the air conditioners on the building were equally as noisy.
