Not a good im from toronto and travelling six hours by car and i thought the check in is 4:00 oclock. Im asking a big favour to the front desk girls to give me room even 3:00 oclock because we have wedding at 4:00 to attend. Very disappointed and im so stressed to stay in that hotel.

Elevator is so slow and there's not enough staff at the reception which is making things also slow when you're trying to check in

The only think i didn't like was the pool and the gym, they seem abandoned and are not great, comparing to the room

Got in and previous guest forgot a bag of food in fridge. Some parts of the room was dirty with crumbs. Felt cleaning was done quickly without anyone verifying if room was ready. I can just feel that it just wasnt clean. It’s one of those things you know when have travelled many times. Was tired driving land from New Brunswick and hotel was very busy with plenty of guests. Our first to stay at Sandman. I told myself no more next time.

Very comfortable stay.

The property was very convenient, next to the train station. Parking was also a great benefit. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly.

Myself and my Husband rented the executive suite with a view for our anniversary and the room seemed to not have been properly cleaned. There had been stains on every towel and wash cloth, stains on the bedding and when pulling back the sheet found money in the bed which led me to believe the sheets were not changed. The shower curtain had stains and dirty portions the bath mad seemed to have been used several times. This stay for what was to be one of the highest level rooms was not pleasing. We had booked for two nights and wanted to leave after night one but were refused a refund if we departed early or we could receive new sheets to make the bed ourselves as there was no housekeeping for the evening. Only one of the elevators had been in service so it was a bit of a wait for the elevator at times. Right outside of our door there was a bucket to catch water from the ceiling as it was leaving majority of the night. This definitely would not be a stay I would do again.

The overall room was good. Breakfast is extra cost with very limited choices. The breakfast menu was not impressive.

Staff was nice, old but clean, elevator wasn't working from the fourth level to down but was working from the lobby to up. Breakfast is limited but good and dinner, fair. Service at the restaurant was very nice, breakfast or dinner.

Staff was friendly, it is close to the subway so was easy to get around. The restaurant was good.

Elevator service was terrible. No breakfast available with that much charges of room. My other family member joined us but they did not give the keys of their room to them before 4 pm although room was ready and clean
