The young woman (black hair, white female), who checked us in late at night (around 10 pm) was extremely curt, unfriendly, unhelpful and overall rude. We are Bonvoy members and she was not willing to assist us in looking for our member number. She simply said that we needed to provide it and that she had no way of finding it; not by name, address, phone number, or email. After she checked us in, we asked for our room number and she rudely told us it was in the back of our card and that it was the hotel’s policy that she could not say it out loud. Due to her lack of customer service skills, we will never give our business to that hotel again.

Everyone single staff member we encountered at this hotel were so accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the bartender was amazing.

The location was perfect! The staff were kind and personable. We were very well taken care of. Grateful for the very late night shuttle.

Good hotel that is super convenient to the airport. I didn’t get to enjoy many of amenities as it was a quick trip. The people were friendly. And only suggestion I would make would be too have actual pool towels and upgrade the furniture. I do agree with some people that the snacks were way overpriced. Three dollars for a bottle of water is pretty excessive for anywhere.

Good hotel that is super convenient to the airport. I didn’t get to enjoy many of amenities as it was a quick trip. The people were friendly. Make sure if you are needing an early morning shuttle they put your name on their list. I told registration specifically at check in that we would be leaving at 3 am for a 5 am flight the next morning and would need the shuttle service. Then when we were ready to leave, we weren’t on their list on a clipboard they have behind the counter, which we didn’t even know about. So I caught some attitude at the front desk like it was my fault. But they sent one over straight away. So it wasn’t a big disruption to our stay and our driver was nice.

The hotel is 3 minutes from the rental car return, the restaurant has excellent food, there was plenty of available parking and the rooms are large, comfortable, and clean.

I was erroneously charged a second time for the room then charged an additional $800 for no reason plus an additional $50 in the middle of the night. I had to make time in my morning after a terrible night’s sleep with a horribly loud room due to the AC and fridge to speak to the management to fix the billing charges. This place is convenient to the airport but not worth it for the lack of sleep or peace of mind.

I would give 5 stars but the airport shuttle was late (reserve early because it goes to several hotels in the area which can alter the schedule) and the water in the sink was lukewarm at best. Otherwise, this is a great, but high priced, hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Front staff was kind and helpful. Free parking. Pool was refreshing. The only negative I can share, room service was a little confusing. The QR code allows you to order, it says pick up, and also room service. The restaurant in the hotel had to call us to pick up our food.
