Holiday Inn charging JW Marriott prices. Please fix your doors! Every room in building 14 had to slam the door to get it to shut. Doesn’t scream relaxing spa. Rooms seem to be renovated by Temu quality furniture with stains on the couch.

This resort has all the makings of a great hotel. Beautiful space, pools, restaurants, hot tub, pool bar and nice spacious rooms.
Unfortunately, they could do better, the food is average, some of the staff were great others not interested. The hotel was clean but again average. There was a quiet pool, but it was not being enforced. I really wanted to like it, but this place needs to step it up a notch.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The property was not clean, lacked accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and I was charged incorrectly after checkout. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to resolve these issues. This experience has raised serious concerns about the hotel's integrity.
Bed sheets were dirty, shower curtain coming off, in the “quiet” pool there were no towels and guest were smoking and playing loud music. Not worth it you’re better off at a Motel 6.

Cute but small resort. It’s easy to get around the hotel but not much to do other than hang out at the pool. It was nice and quiet a lot of older people. There’s an “adult only” pool but it’s small and boring. If you’re just looking for a relaxed weekend and do nothing this is a nice place to stay.

Have been coming to this property for many years. It recently was taken over by Tommy Bahama. Other than the updated rooms, I don’t think anything was special and especially not worth the higher rates and fees. I was unable to get a good internet connection the entire time. I don’t expect much and they certainly didn’t add anything special to my trip. They just started charging for parking ($17 tax each day). They have done nothing to warrant the fees. This is in addition to the $40 resort fee each day. After voicing my concerns with front desk, was told the manager would contact me and so far have not heard anything.

Took a solo trip by myself, not many people, so it was quiet and pleasant. Staff were always available and working hard. Very clean resort and the dining was convenient and really pleasant.

Pool had limited number of towels on Friday and Saturday. Very inconvenient for a number of guests. No waiter / waitress on the pool.
Room had a very loud HVAC unit that would rattle when on and would make a terrible sound.

Check in was easy. The property is very nice & clean. The cafe has excellent food. Everything is fresh & tasty. This is my second time staying here and both stays were remarkable. I will definitely be back for a third time next year.

Tommy Bahama Miramonte Hotel & Spa was nothing short of amazing… From the time that I checked in until my check out, just wow! The helpful staff made me feel very welcomed. Brunch was absolutely delicious. All of the amenities were inviting. I had the most relaxing stay and plan on coming back soon!
