Balcony/patio was a creepy door that was completely stuck shut, we couldn’t open.
We paid for a week in full upon arrival apx $722Upon entering room it was dark with 1 of the only 3 lamps having a light bulb out.
Heater would not turn off at night based on setting, I’m unsure if it was broken or that old. The 1 night we stayed was miserable because of this. It was too cold of a night to be able to turn it off it was around 25 degrees that night. I woke up with chest congestion and went to make coffee only to find the smallest, saddest, filthy coffee maker that I wouldn’t expect anyone to use.
We gathered ourselves best we could and went to the desk to request a refund for the remainder of our stay so we could go elsewhere explaining that the air conditioning wouldn’t allow us to stay there another night. I was immediately denied a refund. Fortunately we had enough money to go elsewhere so we did. Thinking we would speak to a reasonable and decent manager at the beginning of the week.
We ultimately had to leave our trip one day early because we both developed a chest cold from that 1st night with the insane heater. I am retired military and a disabled vet who would never ask for anything for free I only asked to be refunded services not rendered
A week later I spoke with the manager of the Red Roof in Pigeon Forge. She told me ownership will not refund under any circumstances.Dare I tell you why. Worst representative of Red Roof possible.

It was good. Only complaint was the toilet doesn’t flush good. Need to fix that.

bed was very uncomfortable , toilet barely flushed and didn’t feel like it was secure on the ground. bathroom was unexceptionally small, barely room to use the toilet. bed and room were clean for the most part, convenient location. attentive staff

The room was hot and could not get the temp stabilized. The cleaning supplies have a bad odor. It is not the fault of the hotel; however, I was up most of the night because the neighbors who were hard of hearing were talking at my door.

We decided on this hotel because it’s pet friendly which is a plus. The check in was great and the lady was very friendly and upfront with the deposit and fees associated with our room, since we had 2 small pets. The room was exactly like described. We was on the ground floor and was able to park in front of our room. They give you vouchers for breakfast next door which is for free pancakes and drink. But for 6 dollars you can upgrade to AYCA buffet. The food was really good. Worth the upgrade. Overall experience was good.

Front desk have been very helpful for Us and very friendly to Us. We want to Thank them for Our extended stay. We have truly enjoyed seeing everyone because, We have not been anywhere for Two years!

Couldn't get a room in Gatlinburg because it was a last minute visit & it was a Friday night. We decided to switch up our plans & stayed here in Pigeon Forge Friday & Saturday then go to Gatlinburg later. Very glad we did, nice place, very conveniently located & suited our needs. We will definitely stay again! Don

The Hotel is not a new hotel. There are ramps everywhere and I was very confused on how to get to my room. I paid for the room online days before I got there, but once I got there, the person at the front desk tells me I need to make a 100.00 deposit in case something happens to the room. And if I do not bring the card back, I will be charged 10.00 to replace the card. She acted like it was a 5 star hotel, which it is far from me. When I was sleeping, I started itching and could not stop throughout the night. I did not get any sleep.. I don't know if there was bedbugs in the bed or what. I do not want to EVER stay at that Red Roof Inn
