Would not stay again. This hotel is falling apart. Furniture peeling, unprofessional front desk staff. They look at you like you are a burden. Airport shuttle is not complimentary. 2 out of 3 elevators broken with a sign that says sorry if the elevator breaks you can take the stairs. Wonder if Hilton corporate know what's going on here or maybe they just don't care.

Front desk check in was smooth, the agent was very polite and helpful. The hotel is just very cool! We loved the inward facing open lobby floor plan! The made to order omelets were delicious and the evening reception and free drinks were so fun! The cleaning staff are very attentive and thorough.

Hotel in general not very clean. Pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting. Also on check in charge you $25 to park in there parking lot!

A little disappointed that the breakfast Monday-Friday ends at 9am. Otherwise, love this hotel and the staff are terrific.

Pros- wonderfully comfortable bed, evening snacks, and quiet calm stay. Cons- big hairball left in shower and empty liquor bottles in the parking lot. Overall it was a good stay though!

The room was nice and clean with lots of space but the hide a bed was broken and was none usable staff tryed to fix and then just brought in a roll out bed witch. Was extremely uncomfortable. The service was great the staff was super friendly.

Our room was directly over an event room and they had a band playing music until almost midnight. We asked to be moved after they told us (Eric A.-manager) “What do want me to do about it”. Well considering we paid for a room that should have been reasonably quiet- he should have offered a different room- which he did not- when asked if there was anyway that the band could lower the level of percussion- his response was no. He, alone, has made me and my family never want anything to do with this brand hotel

The breakfast was awesome. I don’t understand how a “complimentary” shuttle can cost $13 for up to 4 people but that’s just nit picky.

Nice hotel for an area in Seattle that is little sketchy, but what area isn’t?

First we were given a room that people were already in. Imagine a shock we recite when we opened the door and people were already staying in that room. We were given another room. Next from having such a long day at the airport and flights my daughter was over tired and had an accident I took the sheets off the bed and informed the desk. We left out for the day to sight see and came back to the same sheets being put back on the bed. When I called the desk about it it was like they acted so what’s the big deal. And even when they came to change the sheets I had to make them change the padding and all because they were only going to changed the fitted and top sheets. Then in the middle of the night I woke up to water pouring out of the vent in the bathroom and had to call them about that. By morning the carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking went that it squashed under your feet. We were suppose to stay there on our trip back in from the cruise before we flew back out in a couple of days but sure enough I cancelled it because of all the issues. I would not recommend this hotel anyone.

It was a nice and clean hotel. The Front desk Assistants was quite friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite nice but the bathrooms needs to be updated.
