Enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The location was central to all the points of interest within the French Quarter at a reasonable price. There is a nice bar and a breakfast restaurant on the property. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and quiet despite the hotel being located so close to Bourbon St. The only downside is the cost of parking, which may be comparable to other hotels if choosing to have your vehicle parked at the hotel.

Excellent stay.

Our two day experience was good. Location in the French Quarter was good for us. Being near the cooking school, many shopping and eating establishments and the streetcars, was very helpful. The staff was friendly and we especially enjoyed visiting with William (Bill) in the lobby. The bath shower leaked water out under the doors, which was not convenient to mop up after each use. It would have been nice to have had a microwave to use too. The neighbors were quiet and the loud music and shouting from out on the street was minimal, which was a plus. A rating of 7 out of 10 would seem appropriate.
