It was a beautiful place. The staff was extremely nice. We did have a hiccup on the 1st 2 nights but over all a very nice establishment. Omar the engineer was out of this world. Ivy the manager was extremely accommodating. The front desk staff was courteous, and kind.
I will go back. The rooms look just as the sight picture. The room was extremely clean. My husband was a commercial cleaner and this place was top notch.

Very beautiful, would stay here again next time I visit PR.. deck top was very nice , and front desk is very helpful. If I had to say something negative it would be the hot tub wasn’t hot enough but warm that’s all.. other than that literally a min walking distance to the beach and views were beautiful of the ocean.

Guest service is the WORST ..First off....we tried to upgrade our room and was told we had to contact Expedia....The Hotel manager said that we could upgrade as long as Expedia agreed ...that she would do it for for another amount per day(additional)...once Expedia agreed Ivy the hotel manager changed everything saying that Expedia didn't have INVENTORY but they did for way more a night and we would have to cancel our original reservation.....and the attitude was obnoxious....2nd thing...the air was extremely cold the first night....I called front desk...they said ok....after about an hour with no change...I went down to the front desk and asked again...the receptionist proceeded to tell me what the could do....so I proceeded to tell them what they were going to do because I was a paying customer and I was not staying for free... After a little back and forth (which was not necessary) the did what I asked of them....and they have a habit of looking at you with a stank face(caught the night receptionist looking at me) ...I'm all...the hotel itself is nice, but be careful when reserving if you reserve on Expedia because the picture is a little deceiving....but the receptionist and the Hotel manager Ivy was not accommodating....just be careful...

The parking in the hotel is limited, but they do offer a near by parking lot that is gated during the night. Overall, our experience staying at Casa costera was very positive, and we will recommend it to our family and friends. Please do offer some low profile pillows for your future guests that might have neck issues. Thank you for our lovely stay.

ALL SURROUNDING PROPERTIES ARE AN EYE SORE..
Blackout made my fridge lose power which made all the food that was purchased at the supermarket to go bad..

The property was in good condition but the building across is an eye sore and the area is really not good. The pool is old and not updated. The place itself was updated and had very good customer service. The area was not convenient in terms of places to eat in walking distance. Beach is nice and a few steps away.

The decor, the upkeep the amenities!
Unfortunately the neighbor I properties need work and are unkept but won’t keep me from staying at casa costera in the future. My family and I loved it!

Everything went great from checkin to just the stay and even check out. It was a sweet and smooth process, the staff were kind patient and professional which I appreciate it very much being that I travel often and I’ve came across unpleasant experiences is in my past. One the reasons I’ll definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico. Have already recommended 4 people. Thank you all!

Nicely kept hotel, friendly staff my only complaint is when i booked our room it was suppose to be ocean front and it turned out to be more like ocean side view.

This property is fairly new and located almost right on the beach in Isla Verde. There are a lot of decent restaurants in the area.
My main issue is the staff and their inability or lack of service experience. We had to wait over two hours for the room type we reserved in the 7th floor. We were assigned a third floor room right off the elevator. We booked this place to get some rest mid vacation. The final room was a connecting room on the 5th and also close to the elevator. We asked the front desk reps to transfer us to a higher floor and corner unit so we can get the much needed sleep. The response was that they were all booked even though they kept assigning rooms.
The thermostat did not work so we had an ice box as a room. Maintenance was not able to fix it and we were not given another room. We left due to being so cold .

Casa Costera was great for our needs. Modern, well maintained property. The rooftop deck & pool were a big hit as was the gym. A functioning restaurant/bar up there would take it to the next level.

The apartment was Stunning and very clean. I cannot wait to book another stay there for a longer period of time and the front desk concierge was very polite and helpful

Everything was perfect here. The staff was nice, knowledgeable and pleasant. The room/apartment was clean spacious and cozy! They had everything we needed! I would recommend and definitely stay again. My only problem was trying to make a pot of coffee. I'm use to my Keurig and never used a coffee pot! Other than that I give Bonvoy a 10 .... Thanks!
