Stay was great! My husband and I went to a concert and with a 3 hr drive back home we reserve the Hilton. This was our second time staying here and it's been great both times. Love the hot cookies checking in , the drink coupon my package came with along with breakfast and a $5 coupon for the attached restaurant. Bed was comfortable, air/heat worked spot on and shower was good. Great service every where we went. No complaints

Absolutely atrocious customer support when it came to kids not behaving in the hotel ppool area. Also elevators were extremely filthy with hair and grime built up in corners. Never had a chance to even look at our room. Extremely disappointed to the point I left and booked another hotel. Checked in at 4 and left by 5.

Fire alarms went off at 1AM and were on for 30 min. Probably not their fault but hard to handle in the middle of night with little kids. Wish we got a discount

The only issue I had was I thought the breakfast was pretty bad. I picked up both eggs and potatoes and the potatoes were actually colder than room temperature.
When you charge for breakfast it should be better than that.

Staff was very quick to check us in. They were nice and courteous. They also let us know about the amenities, which by the way we really enjoyed the POOL😃😃😃. The room very clean. Excellent job to your Maintenance and Cleaning Crew👏👏👏

I booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. When I got to the hotel at 11:45 pm. I was told that I did not have my reservations anymore. I was told that hotels.com or another third party canceled the reservation an hour after I booked 5 months ago. I received reminders about my trip and even was asked how my stay was after. My friend and I had to find lodging in the middle of the night way outside of town. When I called Hotels.com they said the reservation was canceled by the hotel. I am not sure who is at fault but it was a really horrible experience.

Rooms very clean, restaurant connected to hotel was great. Convenient to stores. Only item I was disappointed about would be breakfast not included in price & I have been traveling for 26 years with soccer & stayed in cheaper hotels & was served full breakfast.

Although currently under construction for some parts still nice hotel. Only downfall was the front desk staff that greeted us yesterday afternoon, they were extremely rude, short & not prepared for the guests.

Stayed on the penthouse floor which was quiet and peaceful. The room was great and it was very convenient to have dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

The property was well decorated and very clean. The small gathering area and bar in the lobby was very nice as was the morning breakfast. Unfortunately, the room is extremely small and felt cramped. For our family of three it was a difficult stay because of the size of the room.
