Very good location in the central of KL, walking distance to many shopping malls nearby.
Hotel environment are nice, room is clean and meet up with friendly staff around, overall we had a very good experience stay.

Had a lovely stay here, highly recommend with very helpful staff and very well located with various shopping malls nearby and good transport links. Would definitely come back.

Worn down property. Too crowded in the hotel. No mini bar. Lake check out possible only at extra charge. Very limited dining options.

Excellent hotel with a great location opposite pavilion mall and also very close to loads of restaurants along with the famous jalon Alor food street

Perfect for Family with toddler. They provide baby cot (playpen) which is safe for kids. Have small pillow. The room is clean and cosy. The staff are very friendly. Location wise is also very convenient. I will definitely stay there again when I visit KL

The room facilities were in a state of disrepair. Both the safe and the coffee machine were malfunctioning, despite attempts by the staff to replace them. Regrettably, the replacements also failed after just one night.
To make matters worse, there were cockroaches found in the bathroom!
While the hotel boasts a prime location and hospitable staff, the room itself was inadequately maintained, making it the most disappointing stay I've experienced at a JW Marriott property.

Accessible to KL’s walking district (within walking distance). Furniture in the rooms are pretty old and worn out for a 5-star hotel. Staff are friendly but have difficulties coping with high volume of crowd at check-in. Had to wait more than an hour to check in into our rooms.

The breakfast was wonderful and the service was excellent. The beddings were very comfortable. The staff were well-mannered. The hotel is modernly equipped with the necessities for us. Located in easy-to-access shopping malls and city attractions All in all we enjoyed our 4-day stay!! Thank you for your service!
