Charging $10 for parking for that tyupe of property is simply ridiculous.
The tv in the room didn't work and I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. the AC would not come on during the night again no answer at the front desk

Bed was not comfortable (cheap mattress), towels/wash clothes were thin and cheaply made. Paid additional daily rate for breakfast which choices were a pastry or toast and a beverage (coffee/juice). Advertised free parking but I was charged $10 a day for parking.

BOOKED 5 NIGHT STAY ON HOTELS.COM. THEY CHECKED ME OUT 2 TIMES DURING THE 5 NIGHT STAY. I NEVER GOT A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHY THEY DID IT. MY GUESS IS PROBABLY TO CHARGE MORE. The Bistro, Bar, and Starbucks were barely that! Very disappointing. Besides housekeeping and ONE of the front desk workers, the staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. I even caught 2 of the staff talking about some of the people in the front area saying how “weird” they were. So unprofessional!

I like the access to Starbucks Coffee and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Checked in after 10pm. Got to the room and maintenance was doing work in room. Went back down stairs and was told it would be another 15/20 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and still had to wait. After all that, another guest arrived and was checked in while I was sitting there waiting for a room.

For the time spent in the room, it was clean and comfortable. The furniture was very modern. It was an enjoyable stay.

Check in was seamless. Temperature of room was perfect and clean when I walked in. I was just upset that I was charged an extra 20 for parking when I was not educated on any parking fee.

Internet did not function the entire stay. my room last name was not accepted.
The AC never reached desired temp on thermostat AND AC would cut out regularly across sleeping hours, causing warm and sleepless experience.

Went to the staff twice regarding the gym( fitness center )temperature being hot, humid and uncomfortable. Staff said they could not lower the temp, joked that I was supposed to sweat in the gym and told me I could prop open the door. I’m paying a lot of money to stay at the hotel and if they can’t even fix the temperature in the gym is bad business. It was already 90 degrees outside and the inside thermostat was reading 78 for the gym.

The property is clean and well kept. Shopping is in walking distance… Restaurants are in walking distance also.
What I didn’t like so much is the front desk staff. Female front desk staff could be a lot more engaging and friendly.
