It looked like the sliding glass door had leaked as the carpet was wet by the door. The soap was very small and had a strange texture. The shower only had half a door so the bathroom floor got very wet. Also, the volume on the tv sounded like it was in a tin can. However, the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast had no fresh fruit and no pastries. The waffles were good. I think the hotel is trying to become upscale but they have a way to go.

We were booked here as a relocation from a previous hotel. And let me tell you. It was the best disaster that ever happened. This place was amazing. The girl at the desk was so friendly, and professional. She sympathized with our situation and genuinely seemed to care. The room was phenomenal and clean. The bed was not great but i didnt even care. It was a huge upgrade from where we were supposed to stay. And we were treated so much better. The breakfast was nothing too fancy but very tasty. Over all i would stay here again in a heartbeat if i could.

The hotel was convenient to the interstate and had a nice pool and games area. However, the poor lighting in the rooms and repeat same breakfast make you want to look for another hotel next time.

Arrive at 9 pm and they said no food and around 10:30 they shut the bar down very rude bartenders overall not a pleasant time. Won’t stay here again for the price !

Hotel Lex was nice comfortable lodging but what was best for me is it very convenient to how close it was to our exit off of Highway 75...definite plus for travelers

Stayed for our daughter's cheer competition, this place was amazing. Loved the decor and the whole layout. My children loved the pool and arcade. Beds were so comfortable and huge shower. Will definitely be back!

Hotel was under construction, our room was very nice. The lighting was different, but ok. The adjoining room door had two locks that didn’t work, but the handle lock did. It wasn’t very sound proof, as we heard quite a bit of noise and talking. The beds were heavenly!! Very comfortable. The indoor pool area was very nice. Plenty of seating, both by the pool and outside of the gated area. Several arcade games. I didn’t eat breakfast, but my family said it had a variety of items and was very tasty. A note on the noise - we were there for a gymnastics competition and the hotel was inundated with families and loud cheerleaders (including ours). So I don’t base my stay on that so much. The location was great and not a far drive to downtown Lexington. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay it was nice to have everything in one place so we didn’t always have to leave. My kids loved having the arcade and pool. The staff was nice and the property is very well taken care of. A few minor things such as no towel pools and the breakfast area is very small and not laid out well. The restaurant had quite a bit of a wait for your food but it was good. We stayed for cheer nationals and there was a lot of kids I will say they didnt handle it too well. Every little thing you did they said something to you. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

It was a very pleasant surprise of a hotel. Beds were comfortable ( memory foam style mattress) shower was capable of hot and warm water with decent pressure (rainfall style head). The styling was nice and pleasant. We will stay here again on a future trip to the area
