Stayed in town for sporting event. This hotel was in a great location and was clean. It offered a good breakfast and the staff was friendly.

The right window curtain had a rip half way down in the middle The bed comforters had stains on them The shower/tub could of been a little more clean the floor of the tube still looked dirty

We checked in Friday late 10PM. Check in went fine he was friendly. Got to our room and it smelled awful. Smelled like the carpet was cleaned then left to dry with all the water left in it. My husband and I asked the next morning to change rooms and we were told they were sold out and nothing could be done about smell. "Sorry" is all we got. We went to Dollar Tree and got air fresheners to be able to stand the next couple days. Our 5 year old couldn't swim in the pool it was so cold, and the hot tub looked like it hadnt been properly taken care of with cement bottom. There was also a creepy man that hung around outside our room all day Saturday and Sunday morning. He would look in our door every time we left. Peak around the corner to watch us walk away. We had a 15 yo and 5 yo with us so I mentioned it to the clerk that he was creeping my family out and we felt very uncomfortable. The clerks response was "oh yeah he is one of the owners"..... WHAT!!! We as a family are in hotels every weekend and have never had such awful experience. We will never stay here again and would not recommend

For the price we expected a very basic experience. But the staff was great, the hotel was freshly remodeled, the breakfast was above our expectations, and the restaurants in the area were plentiful. Would highly recommend.

Booked 10 rooms the moron working there was not competent enough to even find the reservation and became extremely hostile with everyone onsite. Do not recommend staying at this place ever.

They had a nice clean pool and spa but the staff were kinda rude and the 2nd floor hallway smelled like weed and they didn’t do anything about it

This was the worst experience I ever had. There was blood all over the sheets and the smell in the room was horrific. The man at the front desk told me he was too busy and he didn’t have time to change my room and told me I just need to get a refund and have a great day. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
