Checkin was a nightmare. It took almost half an hour to clear a perceived huge issue with registration with my reservation. Three male clerks looking over one another’s shoulders at the computer screen and chastising me, each in turn, several times, for not indicating the correct number of guests in the room. An oversight on my part. After more “scolding” and frowns, I asked to know how much the difference was and offered to pay the very nominal $20 up-charge for the oversight. Our room reservation was for one night for two queen beds. But the big issue was that we were two couples instead of one. The approach was totally unprofessional. I paid the additional amount, which they processed, and asked for a receipt. I was refused a receipt because they said I had booked with a third party. Crazy! Rudeness and customer service at its worst. I have NEVER encountered anything like this. Everything and everybody else was super. The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. I strongly doubt I will ever return to this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to historic part of St Augustine. Extra charge for parking but reasonable. Large clean breakfast area.

Our room was clean and spacious. Front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

Newer hotel, great location and clean. My husband & I stayed for 4 nights and the room was spacious & comfortable. Most hotel staff were friendly & very accommodating. Wish we didn’t have to pay the $10/day parking. Breakfast selection was adequate. It would have been nice if the scrambled eggs was serve separately from the meat for vegetarian hotel guests. The main breakfast area staff could have been more tactful and not so abrasive relating to breakfast ticket. Overall it was a great stay.

Excellent staff at this Comfort Suites. Devante at the front desk was super helpful in describing how best to see all of St Augustine. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service at the hotel overall was great! The breakfast doesnt have a great variety, but the staff was really good and tried to fulfill the demands of the guests. The pool and room was were excellent. My only complaint is that i did not have any drawers to put away my clothes for the duration of my trip. This was my second stay at this hotel and this will be where I stay with my family moving forward. I love Comfort Suites!
