Although if you are coming here to see the falls and have a passport DEFINATELY hit the Canadian side!

We stayed here for two nights in October. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were good. Within walking distance of the falls and many restaurants. We would stay here again.

great location to the Falls, we walked and felt very safe. Casino is right there also, but we did not visit. The room,the hotel,staff,and the breakfast were all WONDERFUL and we would definitely stay here again.

It was part of our honeymoon, and we stayed two nights and did almost everything there was to do in Niagara falls. The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean, friendly staff, and it was very convenient location to everything in that area.

Upon check in bed was poorly made. The bathroom was not clean and had hair all in the sink.

I can’t get anyone to help me. I don’t have a working remote control in the room so we asked the desk for help. He said “he don’t know what to do, they don’t have batteries and pretty much that we just have to do without until tomorrow when the manager comes in. Television service is included in the description. So now my family have been without tv since around 8 pm and won’t have tv u til it’s time to check out ? How is that even fair to me as a customer. Not to mention they have complimentary coffee and tea and he wouldn’t even give us tea bags. His name is brand he is so terrible and I will not be back here again.

Beds were comfortable. Not enough room to store clothes and other items. There were cereal cheerios in the carpet so vacuum was not done or was not done properly.
Exterior windows not washed, covered area in front of entrance has so many spiderwebs and so many insects trapped inside that local birds are happy with their version of "all you can eat" source of food.
I wasn't able to introduce my own key combination on the safe box and didn't bother to report it because i has no values to keep except my wallet.
Remote control for the TV set in the room had almost dead batteries but I gave up trying to watch anything after having to press ten times a button to change channels.
