I love having airport shuttle for free and even free scheduled transportation going to the city. The food is good. The only negative I can tell is there’s no electric outlet near the bed so it’s hard to charge the cell phone unless it’s far from you. The price per night for the room is very reasonable.

The hotel was the only one in the downtown area that I found offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport (as well as being able to drop off/pick up at sights in the area). The location is behind a youth center so is quiet and just around the bend from one of the main thoroughfares. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice with shower partitioned from the rest of the bathroom. The wifi is very slow and buffers a lot — but when in Brunei, do you really need to be connected all the time? Be happy! Overall, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend travelers to stay here.

It is a hotel with a great quality to price ratio. It offers mostly everything a 3 star hotel should have. I would underline some of the following positive aspects: - great cleanliness (they really do scrub and mop the floors, you can easily walk barefoot around the room without feeling dirty) - staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, in true Bruneian style (as we have recently found out) - the transport service is a nice touch and will save you some dollars on Dart (the local Uber). Mind you, on busy days the service is done based on availability and other customer's needs, so on some of the trips we chose to go by ourselves. And some of the longer journeys which require extra payments (like the Empire Brunei or Jerudong Amusement Park) are actually cheaper with Dart. But overall a great plus for this hotel. - breakfast is good. Around 6 choices every morning, all quite tasty - water is supplied for free Areas where some improvement might be necessary: - we booked a superior room but the size is not actually that big. There is no wardrobe or closet where you can put your clothes (just a small clothes hanger area) so we ended up putting them around the room. - some amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste could be supplied in the room.

The complimentary car transfer was great and was convenient to the tourist spots. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and tried to help me arrange the National Park tour. Many thanks to them. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice that they had free shuttle service! But the breakfast was terrible and the schampo and soap made the body itch. Pretty good location, Walking distance Almost everywhere.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, however very basic breakfast, Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Complimentary pick up and drop of from and to the airport. Very very friendly staff.

What this property lack in amenities and ambience, transport service compensated. Free shuttle from the airport and to major sites around. That made it very convenient for 1st time visitors like us.

Nice but basic hotel. Great location for walking into town, safe, and clean. Has a free shuttle to touristy locations, as well as airport pick up/drop off. This place is not fancy, but for what it is where it is, it’s very good.

Best thing was the availability of a free shuttle to go to many of the attractions in Brunei. Unfortunately I would have to say the worst part was the food options at the hotel and very limited options close to the hotel.
