Great hotel close to the airport. Everyone we encountered from the staff was friendly and helpful. Although we know it’s never guaranteed, our room was available early. The room was spacious and well appointed. We really especially appreciated Marisol, who checked us in and answered all of our questions With kindness and patience.

New and nice hotel, unfortunately with major problems with air conditioning. There is a horrible smell and spots of mold in many of the rooms. We changed rooms 3 times, but it didn't help. The hotel is therefore not recommended. All the clothes stank of mold after a short time. Stay away

The hotel itself is beautiful the loddy outside patio and pool area is gorgeous. Staff delightful. The disappointment was the rooms. Mold!!!! strong smell of mildew. I had to ask for a different room. The second room smell also of mildew less but noticeable.

They made mistake upon our charge... Heating charges everywhere be prepared To pay more than you expected. Breakfast is Like a regular motel.. I wish I can leave pictures how.

The room had the extended stay amenities that would have impressed Emeril Lagasse! Simply out! I really enjoyed my stay at the "Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde." I also want to say that the pool area was magnificent, with an outside bar, and a kiddie pool area that rivaled Schlitterbahn. This is truely the place to stay while in Puerto Rico!!!

We did not have such a pleasant experience at check in as we were given a room that was not clean. The second room given had a musty odor like if it was wet and it did not dry properly. It wasnt until the 3rd room that everything was ok. That was not such a great experience but everything else was ok. Also the breakfast options were much better last year when we stayed there.Our experience was much better last year mostly because of the room issues.

I would definitely coke here again , very polite staff and great ambience, there very clean and try catering in every way possible . Downside , the pool shuts down at 11pm and the bar at 10pm but it’s worth the trip . Across from alot of great restaurants and things for convenience like gas stations etc The breakfast is your standard hotel but it’s worth it and complimentary. Extremely close to the beach , walkable , clean and overall a safe area ! I traveled solo so definitely recommend for women. Have smoking areas .

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was great and open late. My room had a kitchen and full fridge which was great especially traveling with children. There is a supermarket not far and walking distance from hotel open 24/7. The staff was very helpful and really nice. There is a nice play area for small kids but for tweens and teens not much to do in the actual hotel.
The only thing I would say is that they don’t provide any areas to air dry / lay out bathing suits in the room or bathroom. The shower needs like a little shelf for placing customers own products. Another shelf for the towels is needed for rooms with more than 2 people.
Overall amazing stay - would definitely come again.

Love the place!! Very friendly staff and easy to get off and to the airport. My only concern was that bathroom has no ventilation and gets very foggy and wet while you shower. But other than that like it!!

Everything was clean comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was great! Especially the coffee! And to our surprise we received a $50 credit daily at the bar. This was wonderful. The beach was a short walk but the pool was nice too. Great time in PR at the residence inn isle verde!

The hotel is clean and well maintained , and the pool is so relaxing and also with free Landry services is convenient ! The location of the hotel is excellent with walkable distances to beach, supermarket and restaurants.

We loved everything about this property. It was me and my girlfriend’s first visit to Puerto Rico. The hotel is very clean. Our room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was on point and the food at the restaurant was decent. Big thank you to Mr. Lopez for upgrading our room. He is the definition of Hospitality. He made us feel very welcomed upon our arrival. Amazing staff at the hotel as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I visit and will recommend to friends. Definitely will return soon.

Hotel is beautiful, staff was great from the moment you walk in and in the bar. However must say the food can get better and is also a bit pricier for the quality. Also can have a better atmosphere and have some music on the weekends.

This property was great. Only non-overly friendly associate was checkin guy...he seemed like he needed a nap. Everyone else was so helpful. Restaurants all nearby were easy to get to and yummy.
Rooms are very "humid" so if something was damp...it needes to go to the free washer/dryer:). Cause pf the humidness explajns the bit of musty smell.
But overall loved our stay.

I checked in and the front desk gave me a piece of paper and told me to read and follow derection and then was being charged for parking when it was all included and then when I ask about free parking anouther front desk person said it’ wasn’t her responsibility to explain the policy to my contract I had free meals and food was terrible kitchen and breakfast was terrible looks like they microwave it or steam the foods horrible quality for the amount of Money.. then electricity didn’t work in room couldn’t charge phone or plug in anything or certain light switch did not work properly been in multiple places for the company and San Juan isla verde was not a great experience…
