Another great stay at Naumi Singapore. Great location for downtown but has a real peaceful feel to it. The staff are always very helpful and Francis on the front desk was particularly helpful on tbis stay.

Great location. The hotel was beautifully appointed and staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing average was the breakfast. We will happily book here again.

Staff are great. So helpful and obliging. I enjoyed the poolside happy hour, it was much needed after a busy day. The staff even gavbe me a drink after I arrived very late after happy hour closed. Love the hotel artwork. Rooms are small but fitted out well. Only complaint was no small facecloth and not enough cotton pads.

This hotel was in a great location near the Raffles hotel and shopping center. The staff were great. The room, although small, was very adequate. Nice king bed with great pillows but a queen size comforter so we had to sleep close together to cover! The hallways smelled very musty but in Singapore that is probably normal because of the humidity. Our room’s view was another building - that was disappointing. The breakfast was good with a few differences each day - always eggs and toast, coffee, and juice.

Great spot to stay in Singapore. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was open late so was great to go cool off in after a long day of walking in the heat.
Transportation options were within a 5 minute walk.

A not-so-budget budget hotel at a great location if you don't mind the bustling city sounds.Breakfast was scanty but overall good service.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them to help. Pool on the 10th floor is great with a little bar . Our room was very clean and tidy. It’s in a very good location just across the street from Raffles Hotel.

it's really a bed and breakfast there is NO FOOD AT ALL no BAR.. it was dirty the showers were leaking but the staff are lovely. it's not been looked after since covid. super convenient place.

Lovely room, very clean, everything you could need. Easy walk to a lot of places, but especially the Merlion and Marina Bay. Right next to Raffles for a Singapore Sling. Very nice staff, nice little pool. All very good.

Lovely boutique hotel with a pool and gym. Great service from the front desk staff, very eco friendly, good location and walkable to either the NSL/EWL at Cityhall or CCL at Esplanade. Near many dining options (personal favourite is Tess Bar, located just next door for the great food & drinks).
Room was comfortable, noise came mostly from the street, but it is a small road so was quiet past midnight. Great for mini getaways in the heart of the city yet relaxing and peaceful.

My daughter could not complete her school work. The lamp was flashing in every few hours. Scare you to death. The phone rang a couple times. Each time my daughter said “hello”. No responses. It’s an extremely unpleasant stay at Naumi Singapore hotel. The manager Christopher indicated in his email to me that my negative reviews would be removed if I posted. I will file my complaint to the Singapore Tourist Board.

So amenable to the real traveler. They understand what is needed and provide. It feels upscale at a very reasonable price and the attention to detail is fantastic. They anticipate everything!
