Overall our stay was very good. The room was huge and beds were very comfortable. I wish somewhere in the hotel amenities was written that there is no parking on the premises. You have to either valet parking or walk two parking lots to get to a self parking. Overall, it wasn’t a big deal but that is an important piece of information missing.

They treated us like Royalty. The valet service was great. They even took our luggage in and put it in our room. The room was big and they kept it clean every day. The food and drinks were excellent. Can't wait to come back.

AWESOME ALL AROUND

It's an amazing property, worth the price of admission as the saying goes. Will I be back? Yes, but not during Rod Run when all these places charge double what they normally charge. Just because they know people are going to pay it. It's ridiculous.

Excellent property. Location exactly what we were looking for. Convenient to all the local attractions. Coffee Shop was not open during our stay as it is being converted to a Starbucks. Found coffee in the lounger, but very pricey for an urn of coffee that you had to mix your cream and sugar. Additional charge for parking was anticipated but is still something that should be included. The concierge desk is nothing but a source for them to invite you to a time share pitch. The layout of the hotel itself does lend to some long corridor walks, but once we figured out the bridge entrance, we only had to deal with it when transferring our luggage. Roof Top pool and bar were sensational. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Entire facility was spotless and well maintained. Room was very spacious, and the balcony was a welcome addition.

Lots to do walking distance

Loved the beachy feel of the entire hotel and beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, dining, shopping and fun right outside our door.

The room we stayed in was very nice, however, there were a few things I would have liked: a small table (instead of the large unnecessary chair) to eat room service or take out meals comfortably, larger trash cans, curtains on the patio door. We were awakened too early by sunlight through the blinds. A curtain would have helped keep the room darker.

The Margaritaville hotel at the Island in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It is one of my top favorite hotels to stay at and I have stayed at this location twice now and plan to book another stay soon. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean & are very nice (fireplace in room), and the outdoor pool is opened for guests year round. The only minor downfall is that the hotel parking is a far walk if you don’t pay for the valet they offer to park your car for you. The hotel is located in the perfect area with just a short walking distance to shopping, games, music, restaurants, and much more. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This is the perfect hotel location for shopping! No need to drive everything is right there on the Island! Room was fabulous and clean!

Excellent facility but stay on the river side of the hotel. Lights from the Island keep your room lit up on the village side at bedtime.
