Overpriced for what it is. Definitely needs updated. The pool & jacuzzi was nice and 24 hours. The customer service was friendly. But the elevator was so slow. The shower had previous guests hair in it and empty shampoo bottle that they provide. Overall it was decent but not worth the money. But if you’re traveling with pets they are very pet friendly.

Great hotel! Breakfast was great, the hot tub/pool was very nice, our room was big enough and the bed was amazing. I fell in love with the spacious shower! Front desk was very helpful and very nice. We had our dog with us and she enjoyed her stay as well. Definitely will stay here again! 10/10!

This was our second stay at this hotel this year. Very cozy and comfortable vibe. It’s Christmas time with this visit. Loved the decorations and holiday music. Nice tree in the lobby. Everyone at the front desk was polite. Check in was quick. Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Location is near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Did not enjoy my stay. Sitting in the chair i could see dust on the desk legs and end table. Furnishings need to be updated and bed is to high for an elderly person to try and get up on. I strugged with this and decided to not stay another night. Only spent 1 night and checked out before 10a.m. the next morning.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Staff was very welcoming, everything was clean, pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was a plus and very good. Room was very clean and comfortable! Loved the big shower too!

We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Check-in and out was super easy. The room was spotless and housekeeping was efficient at cleaning and restocking towels. The kids loved the indoor pool and we loved the convenient location.

Our first room smelled like dirty dog. We were given another room that was not bad. The whole hotel is pet friendly. No pet free rooms. Could not use pool or hot tub due to lots of kids in both. This hotel is not for us.

Always enjoy staying here! Perfect location, nice folks, clean, and fair price. Hot coffee and cold water always available. I always request a room on the ground floor for allergy reasons and they almost always are able to accommodate me. I’ve recommended them to several friends.

Booked a room for 5, was given a room for 4 when I showed up. The TINY cot was inadequate for my son.
The room smelled badly of dog. Bed were not made during cleanings.

My kids loved that they had Lucky Charms. There was plenty of food available. I had to check out early and they were very nice about us leaving early and helping facilitate a one night refund. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed at one down the street 2 years ago that was double the price and not nearly as friendly and spacious.

Overall it was okay. Had concerns on the room, specifically the furniture, it is really outdated and in need of repairs. The push button for the elevator was loose and would wobble in the socket.

Our experience at the La Quinta in TN was relaxing. Staff were polite and friendly. My husband enjoyed their board at the entry with a question of the day. Nice environment.
