Overall I was very happy with the hotel during both of my stays. My room last night had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, the hotel saw fit to close the pool for a week, and work was being performed outside and below me

The corner room was amazing possibly 1,000 sq feet or more. Beautiful view of the park and waterway.
Breakfast restaurant was ok but definitely not 4 or 5 star.
Casino is connected.

A pleasant stay at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino. The room was large and well appointed, though some minor signs of age will need addressing in the next year or two. A great location with a lovely view. Staff were helpful and efficient. Despite it being linked to the casino, the room was pleasingly quiet. The pool area was better than expected too. Would stay there again.

Pool and surrounds very appealing.General cleanliness was excellent. Property a little dated and could do with a refurb, especially shower cubicles.

Great place to stay, staff are always welcoming & helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Spent the afternoon lazing around the pool which was sparkling clean. Highly recommend 😊

Friendly staff, great location and good room. The spa bath in the room was disappointing because the overflow outlet is conservatively low making it impossible to get anything but your legs under water. So it’s more of a leg spa unless you are very very short. I won’t bother to upgrade next time.

This was a very average hotel. The common areas and carpets are showing signs of wear. The carpet in our room was quite badly stained. On a positive, the staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in a King Superior room which was comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were amazing and staff so polite and helpful.

Stayed in a standard king room and it was super spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderful. My only downer would be the light at night from the timber blinds. I’m one of those who enjoy a dark room for sleeping. Please sort out the carpark ticketing as we daily attended reception to sort out our parking as well. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Cairns.

Great location with being close to the amazing restaurants along the Marina! Also just a short walk to many lovely cafes for brunch.
Room is quiet from room next door noise but not from street noise. It was also not great being put in a room outside the lifts, especially when we've stayed here many times over 10 years.
