Absolutely fantastic! Comfortable, clean, spacious! Very impressed, especially that they put an extra bed out for our little girl. Great value for money!

This is a great hotel, modern with comfortable and spacious rooms. Unfortunately on this occasion I had an issue with the heating in the room. The controls showed an error message and the heating wouldn't work. I reported to reception and they sent someone to look at it immediately. It couldn't be fixed so I was offered an alternative room but the maintenance guy said I could have a portable heater which he brought up and that was fine. These things happen and the problem was dealt with quickly so I was very happy with the service.

Excellent staff, really friendly without being false. Clean room but a little on the dated side… I.e, I was in room 109 and the bathroom tiles need re-grouting.

Really nice hotel very well presented. Room was excellent and very spacious. We stayed in a family room. The staff were very friendly and polite. Free parking also!

Found restaurant very expensive charging for every little thing without notifying customer before hand like condiments ketchup etc. If I were you will keep away from the restaurant dining.

Excellent hotel facilities and staff but found the wifi to be a little temperamental with it dropping out a lot which is obviously a big issue if you need to work there unless you have your own hotspot.
TV service could also do with improvement as the smart tvs do not have any internet access (probably just as well given the wifi issues I found).

Has been here since Reading fest 2008 always a pleasure, good transport to the city with taxi or bus. Clean room and very nice staff.

A nice, modern, clean hotel (glass walls on the toilet so make sure you are comfortable with your partner).
The views leave something to be desired as it is next to the stadium so if you like car and bus parks....

Lovely stay from start to finish. Room was superb. Breakfast was lovely and the swimming pool was great. We come here often and each stay gets better. Would definately reccommend.

Very clean hotel rooms were very spacious and all the staff were very happy and helpful. Breakfast was more than plentiful with a combination of full English and continental options.
Loved the swimming pool sauna and steam room very relaxing stay. Will highly recommend and will use this hotel again.

I stayed with the family at the hotel and we Had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The check in process was quick and all facilities were available. The dining experience was really good and the food was of very good quality.
