This is an expensive three-star hotel, and if you care about hardware design, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Cons: - Small Rooms: The triple room is cramped; there’s barely any space to move around with three suitcases open. - Cleanliness Issues: Found some trash on the floor when I checked in. - Crowded Breakfast: Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, but it’s so crowded that finding a seat is nearly impossible. Many guests taking their food to go. - Laundry Inconveniences: The washing machine works fine, but the dryer takes two cycles to dry clothes, wasting time. - High Cost: Over $300 per night, and that’s the cheapest room available. - Hidden Entrance: The entrance is hard to find, located at a side door of the mall with no clear signs. - Poor Bathroom Design: The shared door between the toilet and shower leads to water leaking into the room, making it difficult to shower properly. - Bad A/C Placement: The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, which is poorly designed. Pros: - Great Location: Located above the AZ Plaza mall, with direct access to the subway station. - Friendly Staff: The staff is polite and tries to resolve any issues. - Thoughtful Service: We asked for extra water, and the housekeeping staff provided more every day. Conclusion: Next time, I’d rather pay an extra $100 to stay at RYSE or L7, where the hardware design is better.

Solid, clean hotel in the perfect location for exploring Hongdae! "Inner view" might be hard for a longer stay. Buffet breakfast included, food is pretty good.

Pro: Location was great for a first time visitor. Easy access on the airport line and in the heart of the Homgdae area for shopping, Korean BBQ and night life. Breakfast was better when expected. Con: room was small which would be ok if there were enough storage and outlets. No outlets in the bathroom to plug in a night light and the bathroom and shower doors were frosted glass so super bright when used in middle of the night. It was nice to have an individual ac unit but due to size of room and positioning of the ac, the air is blowing on you all night no matter how you try to position the flow. The room was clean but had a musty smell. We needed the socket that the air freshener was plugged into so didn’t use it but also the first time I’ve seen a plug in air freshener in hotel. The elevator was painfully slow.

Air conditioning got problem, adjusted to lower temp but it controlled centrally so it gone up to 25c and even higher, left one A4 paper (notes abt your stays) in the room which was given by the hotel to the last guest.
