Stayed one night for concert. Staff at check in, bar and breakfast all vert friendly and efficient. Room was good but bathroom a little small. Overall excellent value for money.

One night in town after flight. Excellent service and warm welcome from reception staff. Room was warm and clean. Great comfy bed and good shower. Next morning we had one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts in a long time. Great selection and hot food was hot and not dried out with proper fresh grilled tomatoes and tasty mushrooms. Bread was also good quality. Well done folks

I think it was good place for the price. We loved the shower, hight water pressure and hot water was hot enough.
People were always welcoming and friendly.
We didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t tell about the food.

Clean room. updated bathrooms. Very nice staff. It was very nice to have an English breakfast each morning and then a drink later in the evening. location is pretty good and walkable to all the main City center areas.

The hotel was in a great location to explore Glasgow. Near the bus, subway and train stations as well as the major shopping area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequately appointed and clean. We had a great stay overall. Highly recommended if staying in the City Centre area of Glasgow.

The bed was so hard that it was difficult to sleep on.
The window really needs to open wider especially as the air conditioner did not work very well.
