Server during post lunch service at the bar/patio was racist to the busser in front of my child. prompted a conversation about microaggressions with my 9yo. I'm sure Dolly is lovely, but cannot recommend.

We came for an overnighter to see Dollywood's Halloween fest and decided to stay at HeartSong Resort.
It is a little pricey for sure, but well worth it!
Beautiful location. Great amenities. Very clean and great service, including food and entertainment.
Indoor and outdoor pool and huge hot tub area. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this resort! The property was beautiful and the perks of staying here were really great and extremely easy to access. Our bed wasn't the softest but everything else was fantastic.

Beautiful resort. We played at the park until close, came back to resort and ordered pizza- it was amazingly good! We enjoyed sitting outside at the fire pits. Room was roomy and comfortable and clean! We will be back! We have 2 grown teen boys and they loved it too.

Great outside and inside pool. Large Sona. Multiple firepots with chairs, smores station, 30 ft fire pit with roaming guitar player/singer each evening. And that just outside.

Well done, Dolly!! We loved this hotel and will most definitely be back! The bus to the parks was so convenient and getting a fast pass was super sweet for our family on a busy day!

Absolutely amazing, quiet area, first class customer service, valet park was convenient, fast pass to parks. The restaurant had great food, pool was relaxing. Can't wait to go back again. And live music !!!!

only wish: option for a kettle in the room to make tea or at least have kettles available from housekeeping to borrow for the room.

The videos looked a lot better that the actual property. We did like it but it just wasn’t as awesome as we thought it would be for the price. We might stay again but not on the top of my list.
