Front desk was extremely helpful and sweet especially the female on staff I didn't catch her name. The elevator lights are broken but other than that couldn't find anything bad about the hotel. Felt safe and welcome

While the room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly, the room service does not deliver food to the room. You can order food, but you actually have to go downstairs to their restaurant yourself to get it.

Clean property with access to highways and restaurants within walking distance. The registration Staff was not as courteous as they should’ve been. A bit of an attitude, but it did not diminish the convenience of the hotel. The restaurant’s food was average at best. The wait staff in the restaurant was wonderful.

Charging $4.00 for coffee is ridiculous. Should be complimentary. Other than that I love the hotel. Great location and price is fair for what you get. Been there 3 times. Maybe a free breakfast would be nice since I’m a repeat customer and will go back again.

Staff was very accommodating. Were even able to provide an early check-in which was very appreciated after a long car trip. Front desk was very pleasant through the day.

The room was renovated and clean. The shower in the room wasn’t working properly so the water pressure was super low as half of the water was coming out of the main spout and not from the shower head . The staff seemed to have known when I mentioned the shower , that the shower pressure was a problem in the hotel. They mentioned it themselves . When I booked on Expedia , the parking was supposed to be included . The lot is an open lot without security and it even had a sign that you are leaving your car at your own risk . When we arrived late at the hotel , the staff said I can call Expedia to dispute the parking because they were going to charge us for parking anyhow . We paid $12 each day for parking in a lot that was self park and open. They didn’t grant what the room included and charged for a spot in an open parking lot . Other than those two things , the hotel was nice and had a nice pool area . We would have given them a five if the shower worked properly and if they didn’t charge us for the parking that should have been free .

The pool was closed for a private event during our stay. The rooms are old and have a door that lead to the adjacent room. Other than that, everything was pretty average.
