Had been referred to this hotel by “local” friends. Didn’t want Nassau prices or crime or tourist attractions. This is a quick drive to airport and near Bahia Mar casino if so inclined. Beach is across the street but pool is fine too. Very laid back old style Bahamian. Walk to shop/food if need to (amazing authentic pizza!!!) but hotel has small menu and good dinners and drinks. We’d stay there again. Plus there is a sweet hotel kitty!

Definitely 5 stars I stayed a week very nice experience very safe. The beach is across the street with beautiful ocean view from room with clean beautiful lite up pool at night. Staff where very friendly and grounds where kept very clean. I will be back and would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the Beauty of the Bahamas.

We enjoyed our stay and wish it was longer. Although, this property is older the staff is so welcoming and make you feel like family. Not to forget the food is absolutely delicious. It is a real island experience which is the best. We look forward to going back!

This could be a nice property with needed upgrades and deep cleaning. Obvious repairs and proper cleaning is needed. Definitely not up to standards for people who want nice and properly cleaned dwellings. The petite lady (not the owner) at the front desk was also rude and condescending. The food was also subpar.

Very nice and cute place. Different from the resorts but with a very nice not too crowded beach right in front. The room was also very quiet, comfortable and super clean.
I would definitely come back.

We really loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The cats on the property are sweet and let us pet them. We had lunch and dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good! The beach is just right across the street and it was secluded for the most part, only it was a little hairy crossing the road. We would definitely recommend staying here!
