They gave our room away, and downgraded us to a queen room. Played it off with the line "We are going to upgrade you from a King room to a Queen room." The room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. When I brought it up they said "OK" and gave me a blank stare. I will not stay there again. Marriots standards are that of 2-3 star hotel now.

The check in was the worsted I have ever had. I am a sponsor for NASCAR and I will never stay at this hotel again.

The Westin use to be more luxurious but now it seems to be more about making money. The service was slow and the extras were lacking plus they want to Mickle and dime you for everything. Might not return

It was a busy night bc of the event or concert and the staff was always pleasant even amongst the chaos. Just amazing awesome

Pretty outdated, the panels in the elevator were falling apart. Room sheets were stained with something. Entry to the hotel could be better as we had some man follow us in the hotel and hop in the elevator without using his keycard to get to a floor and instead got off on our floor so we stayed behind. Service was great though!

The room was very clean and the beds are always comfortable. Was there for two nights but housekeeping missed cleaning our room on Saturday. Other than that we will be back
