We arrived at the hotel around 5:00pm and no room was available. We had to wait for some time until they finally were able to assign a room. One would think that by that time of day all rooms that have a reservation against it are ready at a 5:00pm check in.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. My only issue was an empty bottle of shower gel. Had to use shampoo instead. HAHA

Beautiful remodeled hotel is like staying in a brand new house. Close to Mohegan event center we walked to it for a concert! Highly recommended!

Let start... Wi-Fi access did not work at all.... No Toilet paper in bathroom...pay for breakfast ---you have to be kidding me... For $175/night, I expect much better and can find other hotels with far better customer amenities

The Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes Barre was a great choice for us. It was clean, the front desk staff was informative and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. Additionally, the hotel is located in a small shopping complex that has nationally known shops making it convenient to walk to for exercise, eating or shopping. I definitely will return if the opportunity arises.

This is a great property. I’ve been staying here for about 30 years. They recently updated and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area over the years and this is consistently one of the best.

It was almost brand new and really clean and had places to eat and a Walmart close.

Overall good stay. Little frustrating that there was no shampoo and conditioner and when I called the front desk they didn’t have any either. But that was the only hiccup. If you go I recommend the short drive to see seven tubs it’s a great hike nearby.

House keeping has really been bad lately. And the tub was clogged.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff was friendly, the room was really clean and the buffet breakfast was great. Walking distance to food and shopping.
