Very nice room in centre of São Paulo will stay here again

Hotel looks good on photos however it is not as upscale as it the marketing intends to make you believe. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious; but the mattress was pretty hard, the coffee they offer in the room is horrible, and the Nespresso is only for executive rooms so they say.. for the nightly rate without breakfast I would expect at least a decent coffee brand in all rooms as standard, especially if you are on the go early in the am and want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.. the breakfast offered for $15 pp is okay, nothing special, fyi juices are watered down. Also, be aware that there are 2 huge buildings in construction right next to this hotel one on each side and pretty close, so you may end up in a room facing the constructions on either side.. we almost cancelled our stay due to that but they accommodated us with a room towards the back.. all in all would not stay there again specially cost vs quality is not up to par.. Staffing was pretty friendly and outstanding though!

Construction works were very loud. Shower not always producing hot water. Sauna was out of service. Staff were not overly helpful or friendly.

The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay, and the breakfest was complete with fruits, breads, tapioca and omelettes. The rooftop gym is really nice. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel does live up to their standards. It's in a really nice and safe area, staff are kind and helpful, and the rooms are really comfortable. My fiancee and I had a wonderful time here, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. I would love to come back again!

Clean and nice hotel. Front end staff checking in was slow and not informative of what hotel has to offer. Example, if breakfast was included or about the filter water included. The duvet cover was rough shape and had to ask for new sheet cover to use under the duvet blanket which was lovely. Unfortunately the hotel area all around is on construction so lots of noise hanging out in our patio and by the pool.

Hotel is sandwiched between 2 massive construction projects, which start very noisy work at 6AM Avoid this hotel unless you could sleep with people yelling and hammering right by your side

it is an old bulding but it;s renovated and room look amazing, with balcony. very clean and all staff was great.

We loved staying at this property! It was clean, the staff was helpful, and there was a lot of places to walk to, to eat at!

The hotel is well-located and very clean. However, the single beds are awful. Way too small and the mattress is not comfortable at all.

The property was doing remodel on my floor and it was going from 8am to 5pm. Could not sleep.
