Good hotel. Front-desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast have good selection. It will be better to have different menu daily. Staff Shima was very helpful with my aged parent needs and quick ensuring my dementia mum comfortable with the seat and help serving the drink..

Staff looked a little overworked during check in not as friendly to greet. Room was a little noisy as we had neighbors whom were quite loud. Otherwise rooms were decent, bed was soft you can get a good nights sleep. Location is very convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff especially the door men were exceptional. Buffet breakfast was also great with lots of variety for different diets.

We stayed 4 nights. We had to repeatedly ask everyday for items not provided or refilled from the make up room process, eg body wash refilling, tissue rolls not provided, tea and coffee not updated. We think this is a basic duty and is therefore atrocious and unacceptable for a 5 star

I usually enjoy staying at Westin properties no matter where in the world I travel. Staying at The Westin Kuala Lumpur was all I have come to expect from this chain. Well-trained staff, lovely property, great location, comfortable room and a delucious breakfast spread.

The Westin is right next to the Pavilion mall. There is lots of shopping nearby and the Jalan Alor food street is a 10min walk. The hotel is nice and staff seems nice too.

Hotel bed sinking down when you lying on it. In the room no mineral water, they provide refillable water bottle which I feel is not hygiene friendly and safe during this time with Covid cases around.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our experience was 10/10. The staffwe exceptional, the property stunning and facilities surpassed expectation. The Westin is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Its pool area is sunken and surrounded by beautiful trees and walkways. The water feature cuts most of the outside noise so you are able to relax.
The beds are luxurious as is the linen. Rooms are spotless and beautifully appointed.
We certainly could not fault the property and looking forward to staying afain. Thank you all management and staff for looking after us so well.
