Dirty and had bugs.
No coffee maker. The receptionist had to go dig around and brought a dirty dusty coffee maker. But I did appreciate her helpfulness.
The room had a very strong bleach smell.

Curley black pubic hair in the bathroom sink, hair in the bottom of the shower, bathroom had not been swept or vacuumed. The room was cold the A/C had been left on. Television had been unplugged but we finally figured that out. I killed a brown colored insect with wings on the bathroom floor. We tried to return the room keys but there was no one at the front desk and the office was locked. We wanted to ensure the $100 security fee had been returned to us. The photos of the property look nice and the exterior was generally. What we found inside was not so good. Our friend stayed in a room on the first floor, TV didn’t work and he wouldn’t take a shower there. My friend Rob is 76 and a combat veteran. I think that says something. We all wanted a receipt but again there was no one in the office and it was locked.

The clerk cancelled my reservation because i dared to ask why my card was charged before my check in. It was only to hold the reservation
I was not contacted to get my permission. I would like to be contacted by corporate.

Walking on the floors made my feet turn black. The tub had a slippery matt. The bathroom faucet was the screen so water squirted at you. And it always smelled like Marijuana. And no blow dryer, was told they were all stolen

Upon entering my room I noticed a very bad stench and it smelled like a stale cigarette. I instantly searched the place to see if it was cleaned. I found a crack pipe, dust everywhere, and unkempt room. The staff will not give you room service if it’s after 11pm. It was a very disgusting place to stay with rude staff.

The stench before entering the room was UNBEARABLE. Once we entered the room, it was filthy, smelled like a dirty stenchy dish trash, bathtub had built up dirt, cabinets are plywood and falling apart. The floor was dirty, definitely needs sweeping and a good mopping. Theres abandoned vehicles in the parking lot, night walkers all over the place all hours of the night, the trash that was right in front of our door was OVERFILLED w trash (maggots and flys all around!!) The worst part, we paid 3rd party, so we get the room "AS IS". Pretty terrible given that we had our 4 year old w us. So we had no choice but to keep the room.

This stay there was something sticky that had spilled in the freezer which smelled up both the freezer and refrigerator. Plus something crusty in the groove you place your fingers to open the freezer. I had to scrape it off and then clean it with a wash cloth. No bugs this time, though. I dont know if on prior trips the bugs got in the sheets prior to being put on the bed, or if the sheets hadn't been changed? Overall I do like this hotel. I may have to reconsider if things don't improve.

The room came with a full size fridge with freezer, stove top to and microwave. Great room liked that I could cook. There's also a Denny's nearby. No problems A/C was cold and water was hot. I would recommend you stay here. Close to south mountain hiking and Arizona mills mall. Also in n out is close

This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting Tempe. I love the full size refrigerator in the kitchenette. Nice clean property and very comfortable units.
Jaycee was amazing to help me with an issue I had while staying there. She went above and beyond. Great customer service by all. Thank you, Kathy Henry
