Convenient and clean!

Love this hotel for its privacy safety and larger rooms. It is tucked away in from main road and has a parking lot which is carded. Great lobby, early free Coffee, Spacious rooms, clean comfy bed. Close to ATL Airport too. Just all One looks for in a Hotel.

The hotel is convenient to the interstate and the busy airport but it is not a noisy location. The room is quite comfortable and the entire staff was welcoming and attentive. This location has become one of my favorite hotels in Atlanta.

When she arrived the parking was easy, staff was friendly, and hotel was clean. She like the clean room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Shewould stay here again.

There weren’t many bathroom amenities

Staff was great. Hallways and elevator had a bad smell. Couple lights in the room didn’t work. The property gas great potential but the cleanliness needs attention. Nice hotel but it gave me slight motel vibes

Unfriendly staff. Place was not cleaned properly. They were sold out and could careless. Busy with other things than guests.

My experience with the hotel started off horrible I was sent an email that pick up service from Atlanta airport would be at the 20 and the 50 of the hour. I was at the hotel pick up at 10 AM 1020. Nothing came call the hotel said they would have the van sent 1040 nothing called. The hotel was told that the van is on its way 1050 nothing 11 AM a driver from a similar hotel chain said he would take us since he that we have been sitting out here the past three times he drove by when I got to the hotel. The van was sitting outside the hotel so I don’t know what happened, but for a whole hour, my time was wasted, waiting for a ride other than that, the hotel was fine, nothing out of the ordinary nothing spectacular if you’re looking for a basic place to stay this is your hotel. The food was OK was not very friendly. Some seem like they had attitudes not sure but I try not to have too much contact with them so I wouldn’t ruin my time there , the driver took us to the airport was very nice and I tipped him well for that.

It’s next to the airport. So either make sure you have no issues with the flights or you have the ability to sleep through them. I’m not a Hilton guy, but this place was solid. Staff was fantastic. Food was a little meh. But, nothing that I would ding too hard.

the customer service i received while trying to confirm my booking with the hotel was horrible. The lady i spoke to at the front desk was very harsh and rude. i was asking a question and she just cut across me and said please hold at which point i was placed on hold for 15 mins until i decided to hang up. i would not be booking with this hotel ever again and as a travel advisor i will never recommend this hotel to my clients or anyone. this is unacceptable and should be dealt with. people cant be getting this treatment when spending their hard earned money.

The gentleman that checked me in was superb. However the woman that worked the morning shift was not as pleasant. The coffee in the lobby was empty at 9:30am and no one seemed interested in refilling it. The room was clean. I had a room with a connecting door. The people in the adjoining room were having very loud interactions all night long. From 1am until 2:30am I was awakened by screaming and howling from their room. I wish that there was a better sound barrier between the rooms.

We got charged $15.00 for overnight parking..but when we went to leave the next mornimg there was no one at the front desk so we dropped the card and went to the car. When we went to go out the gate it charged us an additional $50.00 to leave. No one was back at the desk yet so we paid since we had a flight to catch

Room was cleaned once in 4 days, as they do every other day. Not everything was restocked. Ice machine on 2nd floor barely worked . Not our hairs were in the shower and bathroom floor. Very noisy. Breakfast was a pay for it meal, was not included.. . Obviously need to redo plumbing as showers ran out of hot water. . Overall, will not stay at a Hilton, unless I am made too.
