I.had room 113 next to the parking lot...there was not too much noise from it..plus we had a car so i found it convenient. Bed and pillows comfortable. The room is a solid 3 its not modern or even updated but not to thr point that i wouldn't stay sgain. I stayed 3 nights and i was overall comfortable. The negative was the buildings are delapidated on the facade, the lawn is beautiful but walking around is very ugly ( old paint peeling, dingy looking, it seems there's long stay tenants bc there were units w visable plants, clothes lines, a regular apartment porch) there was no staff member stationed on the beach, the beach in front the property was unkept, sea weed came in ( normal.but you could see other property workers cleaning it up. Raking and picking it up. But it just stayef there all day at ours) i didn't do anything on the property so i dont know what if anything is available..i saw a beach bar over in a corner but i didn't go over My 3 nigjts consisted of a place to sleep and Enjoying the beautiful water. We had to clean up seaweed and debri to lay our mats to sit, i saw like 8 to 10 beach chairs but a few were visibly damaged and the rest were clealy very old and dingy looking. Check in was fine and swift, staff was helpful.and very pleasant. Like i said its a solid 3 my room was good but buildings are very unkept and beach area needs more attention. Price could be a little less based on the lower quality but the location makes it worth it

The room I got had an ac issue. It didn’t work well, which made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving and getting a room at Tamboo. The staff were helpful, but it still just wasn’t comfortable.

I always stay here when I come too Negril, the staff is very friendly and helpfully, I aways look forward too my next visit. I usually walk into the town and back, but you can take a route taxi, the beach is a minute walk from you room

I love it here, so friendly and helpful and the location is great. The beach is so beautiful.

apparantel the room was not cleaned well, the tv and internet was down, no one was around to assist. i paid for 2 nights and stayed a miserable one night. did not even bother to ask for a refund.

Good customer service and friendly staff whenever I’m in Negril this is where I book one thing they can improve on is newer towels and washcloths

This may not be a 4 or 5 star resort.But they sure treat you as though you're at one when you're there. From the greetings from Joan,Nadine and Miss vivant making sure my every need was taken care of. And the star was Sandbox bar&Restaurant. You have to go meet Carlton!! He makes you feel like family!! And the food... you have to try brown stew red snapper and the callalo!! This is NOT the Hilton or the Hyatt but for me it was. Me soon come!

The upkeep could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. No activities, the bar was barely open. The restaurant was good, but found out it was owned by another company as well. If you looking to hangout at the beach, it’s the perfect location.
