Angel GS was amazing! He helped us so much enjoy our vacation. He walked the extra mile to ensure we had a great time.

Very poor condition in all areas and very bad transportation to all areas

This is my fourth time at this property. This time I’m giving only 3 stars for being discriminated for having a child with me. Hotel has only 3 pools for people with children and about 20 for adults only. This time hotel would not allow us even to lay on the lounge chair near Adults only Pool. Children pool is not safe for little children since teenagers play basketball and volleyball there non stop and could injure the child. Lifestyles should really rethink this policy or to go adults only. There is no entertainment for children. A lot of entertainment for drunk adults though.

Apartments are big but everything is far and little complicated to navigate to no bar or restaurant on site and the pool on site needs maintenance not the best look for a place so call 5 Star people insist to much on sealing you vacation packages to the point that is uncomfortable and aggravating food could be better not what I was expecting at all basically is only 5 Star if you become a club member

Please do not stay here! Staff and everything was very poor! Definitely not worth the money save yourself a headache!

Activities are too far distance apart and limited to your package. Food was mediocre and repetitive. Would recommend as a mid level resort for the price and value.

We got 2 rooms and both had the shower glass cracked. The guy that took us to the breakfast buffet in the morning dropped us off without prior notice to a tour of hotel where they get you to try to buy like a time share. To top it off all the restaurants and buffet are very far from our room and had to take over 45 min to have their shuttle take us . The shuttle was tiny and therefore sometimes we had to wait for 3 to come by before we were able to get in one. Most shuttles had no air and were hot.

I did not like that the personnel at the resort tells you that your bracelet qualifies you to an area and when you show at the area you not welcome. It was embarrassing when you arrive at the place with 11 people, and all the excuses that they give you is that they where sorry for the mistake

shuttles pass by every 25 mins and most times there too many people waiting for it so you’ll wait one hour before heading back to the hotel from places, ridiculous.

I liked it a lot! The thing I enjoyed the most was having mango trees around the property and being able to eat them! I wish non-member would have the option to rent a golf cart to better enjoy the properties.

Check in with was good. Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm). Fortunately, my sister who was in another room, came to check on me and called the operator for assistance. Someone came at about 12:20 to dry up the water. The next morning, the front desk at the Crown Residence told me that unfortunately the staff leaves at 10:50 pm so they must have forgotten to report it. I found this very unacceptable and the disdainful treatment by the lobby staff regarding complaints was horrendous. The service otherwise was excellent. The dining/restaurant staff were pleasant & the service was superb. Special mention to Fausto & Maria in Casa Blanca, Noel - Blue Lagoon & the Mexican Restaurant, Clara in housekeeping and all the wonderful staff that provided excellent service - that made the trip for me & my family memorable. The shuttle drivers were amazing & thanks to Jacob who never passed us while waiting - he took us on the gulf cart. Inspite of the unpleasant experience with the lobby staff at the Crown, the trip was good. Customer complaints must be taken seriously and I was especially bothered because I had my elderly mom who could have slipped on the wet floor.
