I received an incredible price for two nights. Very nice surprise to find a great room and pleasant staff. Only one minor issue…. Office chair was broken and was replaced upon request…. But someone should have noticed.. avoiding a customer impression. But overall 99%

The room was very tired - couch was torn, drywall badly damaged. The layout was good - it is just well over due for a renovation.
Housekeeping missed a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door

I accidentally booked a room with the wrong dates and immediately contacted them to fix my mistake. I was given the run around, told to contact hotels.com, and when i did, the representative was told to send an email request to the hotel that whould "get back to ASAP". The hotel never replyed to the email, never contacted me about changing the dates, and effectively just stole my money. Im stuck in the barrie area for over a year for training and will be looking to get a weekend or two a month away to relax, but they arent the only hotel in barrie with jetted tubs and since the hotel didnt see fit to rectify the situation, i will be bringing my business elsewhere

Although the room and location were good, we were disappointed that the television services in the room did not work. Our concern was brought to the front desk, and we were told there was nothing that could be done, it was a cable provider issue, however when confirming with the cable company online there were no issues reported for our location. The Television was not working and there was an issue with the internet. Would of expected some kind of rebate due to the lack of these services.
In addition all night, late into the night and in the morning who ever was upstairs sounded like a horse constantly.

The room was great. I’ve stayed here many times.
The only drawback was the cable was out for the four days I was there. Very inconvenient when I was travelling by myself and had no tv in the evening.
I felt the hotel should have offered some sort of discount for this problem. I would appreciate hearing back if there is any sort of credit to be given.

I left the hotel at 3 am because a bed bug was biting me! I was able to capture it and showed it to the night clerk. I was so angry! I ended up driving 5 hours home because I did not want them to give me another room which might have bugs, too!!

I stay at this hotel twice a year for business. This recent stay was not like anyother time I've stayed here. I usually book the suite room but none was available. Room 101 was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable and old. there was plugs and drywall dust everywhere.
Very dissapointed this time around.

Room was cleaned even when carpet needed to be change. Elevators, stairways and hallways needed more cleaning.
Staff was very friendly, helpful and services very good as well.
Breakfast was fine, location perfect and renovations will be an assets for this hôtel.

Rooms definitely need a face-lift and more comfortable beds. Bldg could also use some renovations…….updates!For a one night stay, it was ok but would not spend 3 or 4 days there.

The staff were very friendly but I did not get a good nights sleep. Our bed was right next to some loud noise that kept me up all night. It was like a loud machine running all night and it was not the elevator.
The shower was cold. There was no hot water.
I did mention it to the desk and they gave me a discount,
