Hotel in poor condition. Not enough power sockets and none near mirror. Charging socket next to bed not working

Excellent stay. There was a stained pillowcase. This was change has soon as I mentioned it.. Great staff..

I arrived after a long work day and of travelling. I booked a room and paid in advance and when I arrived I was told there was no rooms available. I was confused as to what I paid for if there was no room. The manager was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Then gave me a room and told me it’s over there go find it. And when I complained the next day a worker told me I was lying as the person was not there at the time I said even though I had evidence. I was disgusted with my experience.

Good for one night stay , clean and tidy , room good and bed comfy , could do with more teabags only 2 on tray and a pkt of 3 cheap biscuits between two of us
Breakfast offered is plenty to start the day except we had to wait 20mins for items to be replaced , no eggs , no beans , food was cold , would have been so much better if all food trays were full and hot , asked staff and were quite nonchalant about it telling me " it's being cooked "

Waited over an hour for food to be told we hadn't ordered anything! Very rude unhelpful girl behind the desk, more worried about going outside to smoke. Then when our order eventually turned up, it was wrong. Room shabby, broken items in the room and plug sockets not working.

Hotel needs updating it’s very dated and scruffy on places. Breakfast choice was limited and ran out of cooked products when a large party came. Beds are small and not comfy at all plus the quilts are strange. Normally love holiday inn but not this one.

For the first time in a long time, I have no complaint about an Inn. Thanks to the reception staff especially. I would like to know the wholewheat bread that I ate at breakfast cos I found my new favourite bread.

Staff were great, main reception/bar was nice and modern. Breakfast was good.
Room was clean if a bit basic and tired looking , but main thing stopped from giving a 4;star was rooms weren't that well sound insulated and was quite noisy from other guests, plus we booked 2 rooms and my in-laws TV was not working for the whole trip. Hotel was full so couldn't move them to another room and they could not repair :-(
