Our stay was amazing. My wife and i were so impressed with the staff and the accommodations given with zero hiccups. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable about shuttle times and scheduling. Well worth the stay!!!!!

My flight into MCO was cancelled @ 3:30m due to Hurricane Milton and I couldn’t fly out until 7:10am the next morning! The intercontinental had vacancies with a beautiful runway view. I was very blessed to get the room, and I had a restful overnight stay!

The hotel and rooms are very nice. Bes pillows were smelly. As if they hadn’t been changed I had to use towels over the only pillow I used. I anyway slept there for e few hours only as we had an early flight.

Love the decor. Soft pillows and soft towels. I liked the modern and updated feel of the hotel room. Although out room had zero view, as in we had a window next to a wall or air conditioning.ñ, the view wasn’t important because we were just there for a night to catch an early flight next day. Restaurant is very good with interesting food and drink menu. Easy walk from rental car return and convenient early morning shuttle to airport. I wish they would reopen the skyway to the airport but it’s ok taking the shuttle. We stay here every time we need to be close to the airport. and we’re very happy.

Close to the Airport. We DID need to take the hotel complimentary shuttle from the airpirt to the hotel. Hope this helps anyone who is wondering. Walking was not an option for us.

5 star price for 3 star hotel. Room service ends at 11pm. All bars and restaurants on the property are closed too. Wasn’t as classy as I wanted.

Stayed here a few times now. It’s always clean with friendly staff. Food is good and facilities are nice.

The staff was snarky when I checked in. Perhaps because it was late. But still! That was not necessary! It was late, after midnight. But my flight was delayed. And the hotel is long walk from Delta. Other than that it’s a lovely hotel.

After an intensely frustrating 24hrs of travel delays, we found ourselves walking through the STL airport towards IHG at 1am I was hoping that my instinct to reserve a room was correct. We entered at the third floor, came down the elevator and were greeted by a pristine yet warm lobby. The overnight staff was amazing. I believe her name was Chrissy (perhaps Christine) with short hair and glasses -- so welcoming yet efficient. In our sleep-deprived state, she actually had to say things twice and did so without qualm. We even laughed about how our watches think a walk through the airport is "exercise." She promptly gives us our keys, told us about breakfast in the lobby restaurant and explains that we can't walk back to the airport in the morning, but need to jump on one of the shuttles that run ever 20 mins. (Note that it is the TSA that has not re-established a security mechanism at the exit of the hotel. Not the hotel's fault). Our room was immaculate. The bathroom was beautiful and there was a coffee machine calling my name with some decaf offerings. After the 24 hours we had, this was just what we needed. The shower was clean and well appointed, allowing us to wash away the travel grime. The mattress was perfect and the pillows firm yet soft. We were able to sleep comfortably. In the morning, we tried the restaurant and breakfast was very tasty, including the coffee. I would stay in this hotel again without question. And we thank them for having us.
