Entrance of hotel, with parking and check in there is no room

close to restaurateurs and the show at the excel center we were seeing

understaffed. the staff that was there was working really hard and was doing their best but they needed more staff.

The rooms were spacious and clean.

Access to parking and the front door were difficult and confusing.

I puked in the sink and they cleaned it up. I really appreciated that, and the extra mile the maid went.

The hotel was very modern and clean.

When we checked in the front desk gal was 'short'. I understand she was busy but being 'short' with us bc the guest on the phone was rude isn't expectable.

The breakfast was very limited and sparse.

I was over - charged based bookings.com rate.

This was an amazing property! It is very clean and modern and has all the amenities you could possibly need! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful! It is very close to restaurants and the Xcel Center which was the reason for our stay. It’s located right off the highway and easy to get to. I could keep going with more amazing things to say but I’ll stop here. lol. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
